This was my 2nd attempt at this class I found professor Hatton to be very helpful, he will not move on unless you have a clear understanding of the problem. I can tell he enjoys teaching he's always in a good mood. He gives 3 multiple choice exams and a final exam all homework and quizzes are online my math lab they are required.

Great teacher! His lectures were very easy to understand. He was willing to review homework questions at the beginning of the class. His study guides were right on for the tests. I will look for him for all of my math classes. Good sense of humor as well. But stays on topic.

Best math teacher i have ever had!!! i dreaded math classes but mr hatton makes everything crystal clear and he just wants to see you do well in his class. would recommend to all my friends. too bad he is not teaching 1301 :(

he was was great professor. Business Calculus was not an easy subject. he was very clear on what he expected. He assigned homework but did not take it up. SO, if you need someone to b eon you all the time, you may not do well in his course. There were only 4 test grades.

Mr. Hatton is by far one of the best math teachers I've taken. Very clear, breaks down the math for the students to understand. Homework not mandatory but will definitely help you on test. Review sheets for test are very useful. Definitely take him!

Mr. Hatton was a good teacher, but I only wished he would've gone over the test reviews. I'm an A student but I really struggled in his class. Homework and test reviews at times included items he didn't go over in class. I would recommend, but don't really expect an easy A.

Mr Hatton is a great teacher. I have never been good at math and I have an A in his class. He breaks everything down in every day English. I would definitely recommend him. He is what a teacher should be. He actually TEACHES you.

Mr. Hatton is an amazing professor. He is extremely helpful and he breaks down math to where someone like me who isn't that great in math can actually understand. I love the way he teaches. He has a great sense of humor. There are 4 tests (he drops one) and no mandatory homework. As long as you put forth a lil effort, you'll make an "A"! TAKE HIM!!

Professor Hatton has a great personality and is extremely helpful. I am horrible in math but managed to pass his class. His test are derived directly from his lectures so attendance is important. He simply changes numbers etc. 4 test (drop lowest) and a final. Highly recommend for those who struggle in math. He will help you understand.

I took him for 1305. One of the only BEST math professors I've had.Some professors with their Phd. think they are the best ones out there. NEWSFLASH.They can probably learn a lot from professor Hatton. He gives you as much help as possible. I won't take 1306 until he can teach it Fall of 08. not every professor has a 5.0 rating like him. RECOMMEND!
