Professor James is very intelligent and easy to talk to. He is understandable and would listen to your concerns. Although you may get bored, If you attend his lectures and read the book and understand the terms, you will do just fine. I managed to get an A- . I could have gotten an A though, if I was reading the book from the beginning.

He's very smart however, his lectures are dry, boring, pointless. Majority of people leave after attendance. Usually 3 ppl stick around for lectures and even then they are working on other things. Read the chapters and you'll be guaranteed a 'B'.

This guys' teaching style is horrible. His lectures are more like random tangents where he talks about much of nothing. And the way he test you on the material, he expects you to be a mind-reader. No one has time for that. I don't recommend anyone taking this class.

Only real comment I have for the class, he speaks very soft, so if you have him sit in front. He also showed several movies during the class to help make his points. Test were mostly out of the reading and it was a relatively easy A.

He made it extremely hard to get an A in his class. I listened to lectures, took notes, read every chapter, AND took notes on every chapter yet I still got a B. I guess if you have a photographic memory and can read minds then it is possible to get an A in his class.

The calss was definitely not that easy. Although, if you study the book and take good notes, you should have no problem. He's hard to understand at first, but you really get used to him. He knows the subject very well and he was a great teacher.

He is a cool guy. I found him horribly tough. He understands the material well, but sometimes he has a hard time conveying all the materail for the tests. I wouldn't want to take this teacher again due to how he decides to lecture. If you have a busy life that I highly don't reccemond this course for you. Otherwise and you like challenges,have fun!

He was a nice guy and he was very smart. He did know his stuff, however no one ever showed up, and everyone left early. i played tetris most of the time, hes hard to understand, and he only lectures which is kind of boring. if you read the book you will pass. everything he teaches is directly from the book.

I thought that he knew a lot about the subject matter but the text was very dry and hard to concentrate on. His lectures did not seem to help me with the tests. I also thought it was obvious that most of the students would wait to hear their name called and then sneak out when he wasn't looking.

I sat near the front of the class and found it difficult to hear him. His accent made it tough to understand. I did find his class easy, and did find that he knew his topic well, however, I also found that I could get just as much out of reading the book (sometimes it was the only option because i could not hear him).

I thought he was a great teacher and very knowledgable. The only issue I had was his accent made him hard to understand at times. Ask him for clarification in his office if you need it. Otherwise, a good teacher.
