Since tests are open book, I figured this section was the one to take. WRONG. Do not take this man if you can help it. Tests are so long, you will not finish them in time. Half the class made a D or lower on the second test and there was no curve. He rants a lot and doesn't present material clearly. He does things his way instead of the book's.

He is a very nice person, but his teaching style is archaic at best. I don't think he has even seen a computer before. No emails or blackboard to help you keep updated at all. His tests are open book and are so complex you can rarely finish in time.

Very nice guy, but a bad teacher. He just doesn't teach very well at all. You can bring a cheat sheet w/ anything on it, but it doesn't help you for BFIN 320.

Dr. Wyatt is a very nice guy. He's always straightforward with you, will kid around & look at the stock market on some days before class. The material covered is indeed some hard stuff. Just take good notes, because for every test you get to us an 8.5x11 sheet of paper as a cheat sheet. Write small and study hard and you should do fine.

class was really hard to pay attention to. he was kinda funny sometimes but i found the tests to be nothing like what we did in class. he does curve pretty well though, and if you can find old tests they really help

He told us he just "wings it". Maybe that's why half of the class failed his first two tests. He doesn't really go out of the book and is pretty set on his ways. Even if you take great notes you'll still find it's pretty hard to read his mind and figure out what he wants. I found him very arrogant and would not suggest him.

He's a great guy and he makes class fun by looking at the stock market and cnn for a while each day. Attendance isnt required but if you dont go, you will probably not do well. He makes the material interesting and gives practical application for everything. Overall i enjoyed the class and will take him again for other BFIN classes.

Great Professor!!! If you can take a class with Wyatt you should. He has knowledge in many areas making class fun and interesting.
