Easy A class. There were only three exams and she gives a review outline that states CLEARLY what will be on the exam. Homework requires a lot of reading and answering MCQs, however its easy and she gives you weeks ahead to do them. Hard deadline.

Great class. You have to do the work to pass. 3 assignments on each chapter, with due dates. I learned a lot and reccomend the class. Apply yourself and you will do great.

This professor is so nice, she gives you real life examples about marketing. Hw is not difficult and gives you a couple of days to complete it. So just do weekly hw and pass her 3 exams. she also give extra credit!!

Professor Karlen is really specific regarding the chapters. She gives real life explanations which helps us in understanding the chapter even better. Just ask for a request and she'll gracefully accept it. If I take Marketing in future, I'll consider her to be my professor.

Prof. Karlen is an AMAZING professor. Some may not agree but to me she isn't really all that bad. It's a hybrid class so that's a pro. EVERYTHING from homework to tests are done online on Cengage/MindTap. She does sometimes go through slides pretty fast but if you copy as much notes as possible, you'll realize that it's very beneficial.

Nice professor, I had her twice a week for Spring. Typical powerpoint lectures, lots of real life examples. She had online HW and optional extra credit quizzes on every chapter. 3 tests throughout the semester; really not that hard if you use the LearnSmart practice for review. I would take her again :D

I like her lectures that she always tells real life stories related to the topic. she is professional. However, she is also a tough grader. Don't expect A or even B if you can't complete everything and I mean everything. She gave me a C+ for the works I did that some professors would give me B+. She is fair but cold.

It was an easy course, but there was never really and help given. It was just a "here's the work, now do it" kind of course. Deadlines for work were usually so close together that it was difficult to get some of it done.

I would avoid her if you want to get a good grade. She is against the student from day 1. She does not give enough time during the tests so you are always racing against the clock to finish all the questions. I felt that in order to get a good grade I had to get through her first. She was more of an obstacle.

Took this hybrid course, Intro to Business, well satisfied. Did have to do some work. Sometimes got fed up with the assignment which are all online, but no worries because you can use the book to answer question. Different ppl have different strategies taking online course, I had mine and received an A. She was helpful and easy.
