Comment:

I loved him. Biology isn't always an easy subject but he makes it easy. He cracks jokes every once and a while and related things to real-life situations. We didn't have a midterm or final exam. We had 5 total tests. The tests had a lot of questions but if you studied, you had no problem passing. Attendance isn't mandatory so if you don't go, read!

He is awesome. Can't say enough good things about him. He's firm but fair. Really knows his stuff and takes time to explain so everyone gets it. He cares that his students learn the material & wants to see you succeed but will not let students slouch too. He is one of the best professors I've had so far at LCC.

Jason is a great teacher. You can tell he has a huge passion for the subject. I took an online and lecture class. There were a lot of online assignments but extremely easy. The exams on the other hand were pretty tough.

I took Jason's hybrid class. He is a great professor! He's super nice and very knowledgeable in his field. BIOL 145 was difficult; but only because there is so much material to memorize. If you don't understand something, Jason is always willing to help. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I actually got him 8 weeks into our semester. my class had an amazing teacher previously, but wow. this guy just goes over the power points and then expects you to study from those and doesn't even tell you what to focus on. then when you go to ask him questions he doesn't answer them. he also puts stuff on the test that he never went over!

I do not recommend taking this class. He does drop one of the exams and homework is an easy 100 percent because it's all online and easy to look up. The exams are hard and at a very fast pace. There are 100 questions and then you have to label different models. It is a very fast moving class and hard to do well on the exams.

Took this class in the summer & it was horrible. He basically lays out the models and wants you to memorize them. Then your tested on 3-4 things per model. He doesn't teach, just shows you what homework to complete from his website. Maybe a regular semester is different. I don't recommend this professor for the summer bio 145 though.

Jason was an amazing instructor! I took his online hybrid class. Study the powerpoints and lab models for each exam. The homework is an easy 100% on his wix website. Extra credit on exams and lowest exam score is dropped! I used a ebook for pictures. No lab manual. Do the homework early on so you'll have enough time to study for the first exam.

Jason was a GREAT professor & knows a ton what he is teaching!! He gives e.c. on exams & drops the lowest score. I took it Hybrid, which I was afraid to do for this type of class, but he really prepares well for the exam through the course work that he assigns online which was a relief! Easy A if you do the work!! HIghly Recommend Him! =)

You would be crazy to take BIO145 with anyone but him. Very helpful powerpoints, and review days are a must! Homework is almost impossible not to get 100% on, and exams are simple if you study the right material.

The hybrid class consists of one 2 hour lecture and everything else is done online. Most people don't show up for his lectures but he gives a ton of information and several test answers during class. I took the Hybrid Class. Best professor I have had. Attendance is not required, but the reviews are VERY helpful the week before exams. Study from the powerpoints and know the models and you will have no problem. Lowest exam grade is dropped and the rest of the homework is not hard to complete with 100%.

Jason was a pretty cool professor. He explained things really well, but the exams were tough! If you study from the PowerPoints you should be able to 4.0 the class, though. He has a good sense of humor too. I definitely recommend taking him for Bio 145.

Comment:

Mr. Noyer is an awesome teacher, who believes in helping his students achieve their maximum potential. The book was basically only used for pictures, just study the power points and know the lab models, theres no way you shouldn't get a 4.0. The lowest exam is dropped, and attendance is not required. I highly recommend this teacher.

Comment:

Prof. Noyer was an amazingly nice man. He taught extremely well and was very knowledgeable. I had a rough semester and I missed a lot of class. I did every assignment, and did mediocher on my tests, got a 3.0. Not the best grade I know, but I definently was surprised because of all the class I missed! Great teacher, highly recommended!
