I registered for this class because it sounded interesting and it was a needed credit. This teacher makes me want to shoot myself. She expects you to memorize way too much informate and takes all fun and interest away from the subject. She teaches in a pitch black room and acts like she does not want to be there. She is rude too. Waste of money.

She is a horrible teacher... Horrible!! I am taking This class online and she is nothing but a joke.. She has a hundred different thing she wants you to do on each post. And no matter how good you follow her directions, You cannot get full credit, not possible. And she will make you feel like your an idiot.. If you have a question and what to do she just tells you to read the instructions--obviously we did and still don't understand you! By far the worst online teacher I've had, maybe worst ever

The trick to her class is to show up every time. She does grade rather harshly, just don't try to get too detailed in your answers because she will catch little mistakes and count off for them. I failed a few of her quizzes and was looking to get a C, but managed an A since I participated in class.

England was one of my favorite professors this semester. You NEED to come to class. You NEED to study your notes on a daily basis b/c there will be surprise quizzes. As long as you study your notes, you are GOLDEN! The only time I used my book was when I was out sick and for the final essay. LOVED the class! You will too if you don't slack off.

She is the worst teacher ever! Tests and exams didn't match what had been taught. Graded harshly on essay, final for at OTC anthropology is all essay. She was mean and made everyone feel stupid, actually told some students they were stupid during class. A lot of students dropped.

AWFUL!!!! She would not give you full credit on posts even if you followed her instructions to a T. Her standards for a post must be ridiculous. She loves to make you feel stupid too. AVOID HER you will never get full credit on your work no matter what you do!!!

I loved my humanities 101 class so I figured 102 would be a great class to take...WRONG! I have this class online and she is ridiculous. I can never get full points on any of the post and I follow all of the instructions word for word. She grades so hard. I use the book so much, do not take her...you were warned!

She's awful. My roomate and I were in the class together and on tests we'd have almost the same answers word for word and she'd count one right and one wrong. Also, she said once that certain religons (she refered to the Bible) were myths. I don't care if they are she shouldn't be allowed to say that...not cool

Do yourself a favor and avoid this professor!! She is completely useless. I studied hours for the mid-term and flunked it...but I was not alone. The whole class did. You will never recieve full credit on anything!! Worst teacher in my college career...and I will have my associate's in May!

This professor was way too hard for a 100 level online course.You have to guess what she is thinking...but you are always wrong. I ususally do not do so poorly in courses. I even asked her what I need to do to improve my grade. I worked my tail off, did what she asked, and there was absolutley no change in my grade. DO NOT TAKE HER! RUN!

This one of the worst teachers I ever had! Her notes contradict the book, and she contradicts herself. She'll tell you one thing in class then want a different answer on the test. Anytime you say something in class she makes you feel stupid, then gets upset when no one wants to participate in discussion. Don't take her! it's not worth it.

This is the worst teacher Ihave had in my 4 years of attending college and even throughout my schooling. She could not be more worthless as well as heartless. This is not the career for her. Teachers are usually people who care about their jobs but occasionaly there are teachers that hate their jobs so they take it out on their students.

I thought she was terrible. I totally failed the final. (barely keeping my A in the class) The class average was failing on almost everything. She just wanted us to memorize the book. And she never wrote back to questions on the discussion board. I loved my hum 101 and was looking forward to taking 102, and she just killed it for me.

Some friends and I took her online. She isn't a very good teacher. The material wasn't real hard although. She absolutely doesn't allow you to make up test or homework (was in hospital because of our new baby she said no make up work-how crapy). I've taken previous hum classes and this is by far the worse class (and hardest).

Very inconsistant in grading, but an easy class. She cares more about the grammar than the content, which is kinda weird. Grading scale is weighted meaning if you score 75 or less on test you only get 50% of the points. 75 or higher gets you 100%? That works in your favor for the most part. I would recommend over most Humanities teachers at OTC.
