I loved Professor Metter! She was so sweet, so caring and so fun to have as a teacher. It was a requirement to take NF25 but I would take any other class with her just for fun! If you're unable to attend a class, you can make it up by attending another one of her classes. Her exams are easy and her quizzes are on canvas but those are easy too.

Professor Metter is funny and also caring. She will walk around during lab to make sure everyones doing okay, helping with the cooking and answering questions . She is not a tough grader at all, so just do the labs, the quizzes online (easy), attend class and participate and you should be fine. Midterm is not hard. You can use a notecard for final

I really enjoyed this professor, because she will explain things clearly, and is very friendly. The online tests are off the notes in lecture. This is a great class to take before any sciences courses such as o. chem or anatomy etc. You can share the online software for H.W. at a low cost. In my case I only paid 5 bucks to share it with someone.

You reap incredible life-long benefits after taking her nutrition course. She's very inspirational and SO KIND. I've never met a professor so caring. I wouldn't miss class because there's points in participation, weekly lab reports and quizzes. You get to know most people in the class too. I highly recommend her. I wish she taught more classes.

Was never into nutrition until I took her hybrid class. She is very knowledgeable about many things in addition to nutrition and her passion shows in her lectures. Very friendly and nice, but you still have to put in effort. Takes attendance with a fun 'question of the day'. Changed my opinion on nutritionists/dietitians. Highly recommended.

She is a great professor. Great class. I learned a lot and changed my eating habits. I would take her again. She is very passionate about her nutrition. Her class is easy so long as you attend class, write notes, study. Getting an A is so easy but also work is involved. Turn in all your assignments and study for the quizzes and the final.A for sure

Great class because of the professor! Very interesting and detailed. She makes it easy to understand. Four modules with two to three assignments and quiz per module. One mid-term and one final. Almost everything is turned in to class but a few assignments and all tests online.
