Took during summer and got A. Very sweet woman :) and very easy class, she's straight forward so do the study guide & you'll ace the exams. 15 page paper, grade depends on TA, not her. Posts power points. Didn't use the book once. Overall, I will take again.

Prof. reads straight off PowerPoint. 3 assignments, a midterm, and a final exam. Don't slack off on the papers as they weigh a 33% of your grade. The TA ultimately holds the power of your grade in their hands. An 89.95% will not constitute an A-. Overall recommended however can be boring and dull, not very much was learned in the 6wks.

REALLY EASY. weekly hwk, in-class assignments and quizzes, but they're really easy. you don't really need to buy/use the book. everything is straight off the lecture notes, which are posted online. she's old and boring, but this class is easy!! lots of extra credit offered too!

Easy tests but you HAVE to go to class. In class quizzes AND in class assignments plus homework to turn in every week. Lots of readings. A lot of busy work and lecutres are sooooo boring. Very monotone lecturing. I sit on my laptop the whole time.

its one of the easiest classes at UCI! know a bit of stats and ur in for an easy A. she doesn't make you do a 15 page paper like frattaroli. there's a study guide straight off questions from midterm! all multiple choice and true/false. although its boring! if u want to learn, get another class. if u want to boost gpa, this is the class for you!

OMG- don't listen to the negative feedback from others. This pofessror was great!! She is old; therefore, her voice a little bit low. But she try all her best to help her student out everytime and anytime even during the exam. The exam are straight from lectures & study guide. If you attend lecture often, she will help you well during the exam.

the most boring prof ever. i learned nothing, and i was excited to learn about federal law enforcement. some good guest speakers like FBI, ATF, etc., but that was the highlight of the class. all i learned was some constitutional amendment stuff and indians.. yea, and the notes are long and dull and boring and pointless.

I think I showed up to lecture a total of 4 times. The powerpoint presentations she showed in class were useless; the TA graded all of the work, and mine basically told me to ignore her lectures because they were wrong. Just go to discussion and make sure you get a good TA.

Class is a waste of time b/c she just sticks to the powerpoint lectures, which she posts on the website, and thats where the test questions come from. She made something cool like organized crime seem so boring...not very enthusiastic. But hey, it's an easy A!!

airly diffic8ult I thought. I did OK. I got a B+. I studied a lot for the exams. Go to class, be sure you understand the concepts, and be careful about details, and you will do OK. I liked the class but there is quite a lot of information.

This has to be one of the easiest professors at UCI. Her tests are ridiculously easy. I got an A+ in the course and all I did was study lecture notes that she posted on the website. Take this professor for as many courses as you can! SO EASY!!

Very clear outlines printed up on line, test questions sirectly off outlines so easy to study for. Hard to stay awake though she is a sweet old lady who just lulled me to sleep. Great guest lectures and good movies, fun class and an easy A.
