Thorough on all subject matter with a truly genuine interest in the students as well as the course discussions. Could this be the same Dr. Pickering who gave a lecture in London some years ago near the Anchor Pub off the Thames? Maybe not. I highly recommend Dr. Pickering because he is very approachable and quite helpful. A+

Very easy class. Tests were multiple choice. Extra credit was given for random things, like knowing his favorite baseball team. Didn't learn anything new. He was pretty blah, but it's an easy class to pass.

Excellent prof, very funny guy. You'll enjoy lectures, very entertaining. If you read the book and know the terms, you'll do well. Also go to class if you want to do well but it's not boring. Would definitely recommend.

Fun class. Very informing. Mr. P obviously loves this field. One of the "best professors on campus!" Helps out with /any/ issues for class. He doesn't object to social promotion, either! Semi-hard class, overall, but well worth your time!
