This guy is so nice! He comes off a tad doofy at first but after time his perception on life becomes clear. He loves to get the class involved, and gets a kick out of deep class conversations. There is quite a bit of writing, but nothing you can't handle. This man loves his work, and I loved his class! TAKE HIM!

he's okay...probably wouldn't take the class again though. philosophy is boring to me...but it isn't a hard class. just come to class, take notes, and read the books. and you'll be okay. don't slack off...i warned you. people started to stop coming to class...don't recommend that though.

Very easy teacher. He's very enthusiastic of philosophy but the subject/ class is painfully boring. All you do is write 20 summaries (28 for EC) which is easy, two out of class assignments (I chose an essay and a project{an easy A}), and a curved final(essay and vocab quiz).

28 classes dedicated to the readings. 20 summaries about the readings required to take the final. Therefore, attendance to 20/28 classes required. 2 assessment projects (of your choice) due the day of the final (essay, presentation, journals, etc). Laid back class. Take it!

He is a very nice man and enjoys teaching philosophy. He gives one short answer test, one class presentation or essay and a final (essay). You have to write weekly one-page summaries and turn in at least 19 of them in order to take the final. He is very helpful and gives you opportunities to obtain extra credit.

u have a .5 page summary due before every class (SUPER EZ, takes 5 min) and are worth 50% of grade. rest is an 25% essay and 25% test. readings are really short - just read and not go to class (i didn't go for 2 whole months) get others to turn paper in for u, and ur easily gonna pass

all you do is read articles, write summaries, and discuss in class. it's easy but, it gets really boring. participation is important, so it sucks.
