Jerry is very poor at actually 'teaching' this class. He does not provide any input into the course. Jerry had not provided even 1 lecture prior to my being forced to drop prior to the mid-term. I think he's better to stay with the lower end mathematics, and keep it in the classroom where he can be monitored better.

Jerry does not teach at all in the online statistics classes. He does not know how to navigate the Hawkes math courses, does not give responses back to questions in a fashion which is commensurate within the spectrum of the time constraints he places on the students. There is no recourse to his pattern of poor teaching.

I have NEVER failed a math class. And I failed this class. Along with 2/3 of my class. This is a bad thing for Jerry's rep. I hope he get's fired soon.

I ended up dropping his class. He was very hard to follow and not easy to understand. Was very faced paced and couldn't keep up. Kind of gave me the creeps a bit in his manner. Yes, in other words he was weird.

Very helpful and willing to help you. Practically taught me math 53 in the math lab even though Hatton was my teacher. Very Very nice, smart and helpful. Take math 2 with him.
