there was no need for her to be there. at all. on my schedule it says its a lecture class buts its pretty much an online class. i only go to class b/c thats the only way to take the tests. she tries to teach but if i didnt already know this stuff from hs, i'd be lost. good class to take if you can teach yourself, otherwise you should switch.

Worst academic experience of my life. She tries but that's where the positives end. In all honesty she is the worst teacher I've ever had and no one even comes close. She gives nightly HW that is graded on accuracy (are we in middle school again?). I wouldn't wish her class upon my worst enemy.

Do not take Prof.Craig if you are bad at math. This was my 1st year back in school and I had not taken math in years. Prof.Craig went really fast and seemed to complicate what she was trying to teach. I think she is too smart to be teaching basic math. I barely passed this class with a C. I spent several hrs in the math lab.

You can barely understand her. She moves very quickly. You have several quizzes and homeworks due every day. The class is really easy if you just do every single MathLab assignment, but those are so time consuming...I'd recommend another teacher. Also, you NEVER use your textbook. Just MathLab.

Worst teacher i have ever had!!! If you have another choice, take it! She is extremely hard and you wind up teaching yourself everything! Started with 30+ and ended with less than 10. DON'T TAKE HER!!!!

Man I had this teacher for two days, & I hate her. She put time limit in your quiz & test. She has Pre & Post quiz & in class she fast, she needs to retire. Look for another class, Man I hate teacher who try to test your brain like her.

Dr Craig should not be teaching Basic Algebra. She has no communication skills and moves very fast. If the class asked to many questions, she would move on to the next section and advise us to go to the Math Lab. She takes and grades your notebook, making it hard to study.We started our class with 35 students. Midpoint we had 17. Nine passed.

I REALLY HATE HER CLASS SHE GOES WAY TO FAST SHES VERY SARCASTIC EVEN RUDE AT TIMES AND DOESNT AND LIKES TO USE TRICK QUESTIONS ON TESTS AND QUIZES OH AND SHE ALSO DOESNT EXPLAIN WELL WHAT SHE WANTS YOU TO DO ON A QUIZ OR TEST. SHES COMPLICATED FOR NO REASON.

Well! She doesn't simplify explanation. Her test are really hard, so you need to really study. Memorize everything you can. She likes the natural log (e^). Therefore she will put some kind of equation with the log on every single test. The extra credits are just mathematica's projects and student participation in the class.SHe is not my fav teacher

Requires TI-84/83 for tests instead of Mathematica -other professors ban old TI technology. Warning: Dr. Craig will put many questions onto a test so it is pretty challenging to complete within the allotted time. Some extra credit is available. She will make an effort to help you if you aren't a complete idiot. Memorize series/integrals in Calc 2!

Overall great teacher. She shows a great attention to detail and really cares about her student's success. Make sure you do your homework and ask questions. The Saturday study sessions are a good idea as well. Hats off to a great teacher!

I haven't been in school in years and Math was always my worst subject. Dr. Craig explains things well. There is a lot of work and if you do the work the way you are supposed to, you will do fine. She is always willing to help and has several resources for you to get help. I think she is great.

Dr Craig is confusing, she does not grade on a curve. Test are 50% of grade we have to keep a notebook with class information, test/quizzes, notes, graph/notebook paper,homework. She told me to withdraw and allowed other students with lower averages to stay in the class.
