Patterson is one of the greats here at Centenary. He comes into class all the time with an up beat, energetic teaching method. This guy loves what he does and he is great at it. I have him for Modern England and I actually like going to class

prior to attending his class i had no idea why everyone loved him so much but i now know why. he's an excellent professor who has alot of great stories to tell that make history interesting. Take his class even if you dont like history cuz when you leave you will love it. I give him A+++++

He could be really amusing at times, but I would have preferred to learn what I was supposed to. I often felt attacked for my liberal politics.
