Patterson is one of the greats here at Centenary. He comes into class all the time with an up beat, energetic teaching method. This guy loves what he does and he is great at it. I have him for Modern England and I actually like going to class

prior to attending his class i had no idea why everyone loved him so much but i now know why. he's an excellent professor who has alot of great stories to tell that make history interesting. Take his class even if you dont like history cuz when you leave you will love it. I give him A+++++

If you don't like the topic going into the first day you will probably love it when you leave. His ability to bring the story to you in an exciting but simple way allows students to connect with their studies despite his reliance on the lecture format.
