Sister Anderson is so great at helping people realize their own potential in these classes. She will bend over backwards to ensure that her students can succeed, as long as they ask. If someone doesn't like her, it is probably because they didn't take the time to ask her for help when they needed it.

I went into this class very excited to learn more about Special Education and the importance it plays. Sister Anderson seemed very nice at first but as the semester went on she became very arrogant and I thought she was rather rude. I didn't like how she always had to be right. She acted like she was better than everyone else. To many pitty Parties

Comment:
She is VERY irritating. Her syllabus is extremely confusing and requires continuous clarification. She planned three large exams the last 4 weeks of school. And her out of class group assignments give the Learning Model its bad name. Overall I felt frustrated with her many times and will be glad to say ADIOS CHICA!

I had sister Anderson for Literacy 1. She really cares about her students and she is really a fantastic teacher. There is a lot to learn in this class but I felt like she prepared us really well for the state exam. I will take every class I can from her because of her passion for teaching and her expertise in early childhood and special education.

At first, the class seemed overwhelming. A couple of weeks into the semester, it was fun. She really tried to help us make sense of the material and she did a great job. Our class did really well on the State test.

She is a kind, patient and creative teacher. She really opened my eyes to Education Philosophy. There is a mid-term, final and about 5 short, and veryt easy papers. The only concern is she focused to much on early childhood, Im a seced major so sometimes I wasn't as interested.

I think she needs to go back to teaching elementary school. Although she is a wonderful person, she does not teach college level very well. I felt like I was more familiar with the subject before taking the class. She is opinionated and the class goes off on tangents. I wouldn't take a class from her again.

Sister Anderson is a great teacher! She is very caring and initiates a lot of class discussion. If you are going into Early Childhood or Special Education, I would recommend her because that is her specialty. I am a SecEd major and even though a lot of her focus was on young children, I still enjoyed her class.
