I LOVE Dr. Sobre! Would take her again all the way. Gives detailed lectures and makes them interesting while adding her own comments - which most are just too hilarious. She's highly knowledgeable on material so attending class is great! Gets ur grades back to you extremely fast and gives you feedback on papers. Takes attendance. Would recommend!!!

I reluctantly took her Art History I class 20+ years ago because I needed a fine art class to graduate. AMAZING I had no clue what I was getting into as I was a country girl from south Tx. Her class and style was so mesmerizing I looked forwardI had had a chance to travel and experience firsthand some of the art we discussed in class.

Do not take Sobre! The majority of the things she presents in the Slides weren't mentioned in the book and some that were are hardly mentioned in the Book. Exams were terrible. The final is 50% of your grade. Again, TERRIBLE!

This was a fantastic class given by a superior professor. Her knowledge is beyond belief. I have always enjoyed talking classes with Judy because when she speaks you can tell that she has an absolute love for what she is doing. If you have the opportunity to take a class with Dr. Sobre, do it.

I took her b/c her reviews said she was easy and there were no GPA-killing exams. I took her Vatican class this Fall. The night before our first(of only three) exams, I was up all night sick and barely made it to class. I bombed that exam. B/c she only gave three exams, my A's on the next two exams weren't enough to get my grade above a C.

shes a good teacher..kinda fun but the subject is dry..only grades are qeekly quizes..fairly easy as long as u go to class..dont really need the text..gives assignments that are easy A's so basically easy A as long as u go to class and take lecture notes

shes pretty cool. has a lot of personal experience in what she teaches. NO TESTS! only weekly quizzes, and 3 papers (very easy papers). Her lectures seem a bit long. but extremely easy to make an A.. and you still learn. NO FINAL either..

sobre is overall a great teacher. the thing with her class is there is no test but a tiny quiz once a week. if you just somewhat memorize what she is lecturing in class then you will do very well.also there is like 3 really easy assignments! again no test, and no final.

She is so amazing! Super easy tests that are mainly contrast and comparison. Go to class because, she covers exactly what shes wants to hear during class so you just reiterate and get an A!!
