I don't recommend her. Psych is already a dry subject, and Dr. Corderman does not do much to make it interesting. Be sure to write down everything she says, and memorize the textbook- it's the only way to pass the tests.

If you want to actually learn something, I HIGHLY suggest taking Dr. Corderman's class. This class was my ultimate favorite! She not only teaches you what you need to know from the book, she gives you valuable information you can use in your personal life experiences. BEST CLASS EVER! and did I mention.... FUN!

Cool lady, I always left her classroom wanting to have a personal conversation with her about the topics we covered, they were always very thought provoking. Despite her many years of real world experience and wealth of psychological knowledge, her class is quite easy if you just do the work and study for the tests. Very helpful teacher.

I found her to be the most dry and boring professor I've ever had. Someone being able to make psychology boring to me is no small achievement. She is competent, but she does not teach, she just rants off facts in monotone for the entire class time, but fight drifting off, tests are more on her terrible lectures than what's in the book.

great professor! very clear fair and educated about psychology. lectures can be long but not boring. you have 4 test 1 semester project not really any homework gives some extra credit. take her she is GREAT!!

cool prof. licensed mental health counselor. teaches part from the text, but mostly practical application. tells you the tests are hard, but if you study, you'll have no trouble. she works with troubled teens outside of school, she made a class i thought would be boring not so bad.
