Dr. Karl is one of the best professors I've had while working on my MBA at Marshall. I learned so much useful HRM info throughout her course. It should be a requirement in the MBA program. The cases were relevant, interesting, real-world examples. If you cover your bases and follow the specific instructions on assignments, you will get an A.

My favorite class so far. Made me interested in management and was a great professor. Even though I was also close to a A but I still got a B, I still wont down this professor. Great teacher and gives you what you earn, what else do u expect? Take her! I will take her again any chance i get!

This course is very compressed but worth it! The yappy comment is unfair! She does invite comments from the class/provides good feedback. Most profs don't provide good handouts/materials and Dr. Karl goes the extra mile/is always 100% prepared for class!

I HATE HER! Yeah, ok maybe she has 2 take home tests but they are HARD as hell & all she does is stands & yaps like a little dog from her power points. I was so close to an A and she gave me a B because most the class had a B. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. ****!
