Comment:

This class was such an easy class. Yes there was work involved, but you are given plenty of time to complete the work. You need the book because the quizzes are word for word from the book. The instructions for each of the eight modules are straight to the point and easy to follow. Definitely recommend if you just want to get an easy gen ed class.

Take it! She is a very fair professor and had the class laid out very well. I took this American Government online and it was very structured with everything needed to be completed easily spelt out to us. She was very fair and even dropped the lowest module grade(there were 8 modules). I learned a lot. Short essays and discussions. Need book!

It is an easy A class. The professor is very involved. However, if you think this is going to be a online class in which you don't do much work, you are sorely mistaken. Again, its easy but tedious.

This class is very simple and straight-forward.8 modules lowest one is dropped. There are no conventional tests, midterms, or finals. That being said it is an online class. Staying on top of your work is vital. Other than that easy A or B class.

I took this class online and it was really easy. There are 8 modules and the lowest scoring one is dropped. Each module has a couple of quizzes, a discussion, discussion replies, and an essay (usually). No final or midterm. You usually have two weeks to complete each module, and she grades easily on the discussion posts and papers. Easy A!

Took The State, Society, and the Individual as a summer A online course. Overall I was happy with the choice, with the exception of a topic I have little interest in. Pretty fast paced, but reasonable, prof dropped lowest module grade. High number of required postings for discussions, around 5 for each of the 15? modules.

Awesome! Easy class if you do the work. All you have to do is 1-2 chapters, 1-2 quizzes, a short (~300 words) blog post, and an occasional short (550-650 words) essay per every 2-3 weeks. The textbook is very clear and understandable. There is lots of time to do the work, and the professor is glad to help with any questions! A must-take!

I took this class online and it is a great class. Professor Hamman is very helpful and grades very fairly in my opinion. She gives more than enough time to get everything done each due date period.

During the regular terms, she is a great professor, but summer term she will overwhelm you with readings, a lengthy research paper, and other smaller papers. She is not a super difficult grader, but still a fairly difficult summer course. Still, she is a very enthusiastic and helpful teacher

Took Euro Politics online and the subject matter/book were pretty uninteresting but overall a pretty easy class. Open book, untimes quizzes each week, discussions due every week and she drops your lowest grade. Very organized class and gets back to your emails and questions at lightning speed!

Dr. H is a fantastic professor. I am taking the course online and her expectations and schedule are clearly outlined, no confusion. She grades fairly and posts grades quickly. Grade is based on quizzes from the book (not timed) and a few short papers and discussion postings. Very responsive to students. Recommend 100%

I took her online comp politics class and was pretty pleased. She is very clear about what she wants, there are not huge tests, grade is based on open book quizzes, online discussions and a few short (500 word) papers. Im pretty lazy and still got a B in the class! You need the book for the quizzes. Overall great teacher!

I hated this class while I was taking it but that's just because of my low interest in the subject. She's the easiest grader EVER, ever, ever, ever- will randomly give you points for no reason and rounds grades up like nobody's business. Fabulous.

I loved this online class!! She has got to be one of my favorite teachers ever! She is very nice and communicates with students very well. She is very quick at grading your papers. You do write a lot of essays, but at the same time you learn so much! Great class!

I took the course online. Her class was not easy, but it was very interesting. She communicated with the class a lot, sending us e-mail about new assignments, etc. She was very helpful and wants everyone to do well.
