Cahill is a great professor. Theres a bunch of assignments available and you only do what you need to for the amount of points you need to achieve the grade you desire. Replies to emails fast and gives feedback on all assignments. His online course was not overwhelming at all. I would recommend him to others and take him again if i needed to.

Took this class online, and it was great. I don't know much about History but Dr. Cahill explained everything in detail. He will help with anything you are confused about. Goes out of his way to make sure you learn! Class wasn't overwhelming with work either.

Got a big fat A in this class. I'm not sure what Professor Cahill is like in class, but online he's really great! Responds to emails within the hour, very helpful with questions, and the assignments are pretty easy. Just do your assignments and you'll pass with an A.

Dr. Cahill is a great teacher. He is very helpful and understanding. He is there for you if you need help. Dr. Cahill makes things more interesting, and if you don't understand something, he will go back and explain it. He is very down to earth. He is a very organized teacher. Lots of reading and homework. Demands participation - your grade will suffer if you don't ask questions in class. Can get off topic, but his lectures improved as we offered feedback. Fair grader, but you'll have to work for the A. Exams were essay questions, had to include sources, and would be impossible if you couldn't have a page of notes.

Great teacher, assignments are very organized n routine it helps you schedule n plan around your other classes. I actually learned slot with the long readings, so it was beneficial... I would take his online course for another history class

so i wrote a review 52313 about his HIS 110 online class & this is going to be the same. Great teacher. clear on what to do to pass. instructions are clear. read and do what he ask - you cannot get anything less than an a. grading is fair and clear. each form is worth 40 points and he will drop the worst form. make sure to site your work!

I took Amer. Hist online with Prof Cahill. He is very clear on what you have to do to pass. IF you do not pass-its really your own fault. there was 8 forms and he graded 7 of them. Same with tests, he dropped your worst grade.very personable and responded to emails very quickly. i am going to try and take another of of his classes.great teacher!

A nice guy but not a great professor. Lots of group work and projects that will bring your grade down if your group doesn't contribute equally. Tests are all essay and you are allowed to use a page of notes. They also aren't that difficut. His lectures can be boring and there is a lot of reading. Attendance counts. Overall not THAT bad of a class.

Nice guy. Lots of easy assignments for easy points. Lets you use one page of notes for tests which are all essay questions. Lectures are okay. He actually includes participation as a part of your final grade so make sure you participate! Overall a decent class.

The best professor that I've ever had! He allows 1 page typed front and back of notes for his exams and they are easy short essay exams anyway. Very easy grader! If you have a 98 or higher at the end of the semester then you won't even have to take the final! I Would recommend him to anyone
