She really is an amazing person but not so much a teacher. She has these already prepared notes so you'd think it would be easy to study but its not. On the test if you don't say word word what was in the notes you'll get it wrong. She cancels class a lot but that just gives me more time to actually learn the material.

Kitty was one of my favorite professors for the semester. Her insightful yet inspiring life stories not only fit perfectly with the curriculum, but will also encourage you to want to live a healthier lifestyle. Her exams are cake if you study the lecture notes that she prints out for you! Great class and professor overall!
