Truly a great teacher! Gives a lot of extra credit. I would definitely recommend going to class because that is when she tells you the extra credit assignment. She likes for the class to get involved with each other. I met new people from my class through the fun group discussions. She cares about her students and the course.

This class was one of the best that i have ever taken. She really does teach a lot. Show up to class and you will definitely get a good grade. The class was pretty simple for the most part. Professor Korinko is hilarious and you will really enjoy the class. I would most definitely take her class again..

Dr. Korinko is seriously one of the best teachers I've ever had. She doesn't assign much homework so the majority of your graded work is in class. As long as you show up and pay attention you'll get an A. She's super nice and has a ton of experience in her field.

I took her for her first semester teaching the course. She was clear cut about what she wants you to know, she'll tell you straight forward what she's going to ask you on the tests/quizzes. There is an in class assignment EVERY day of class! Extra credit is only known if you go to class. It doesn't get posted.

Professor Korinko is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to psychology and especially clinical counseling. She employs a lot of discussions and role plays so that you are more prone to retaining information as opposed to dragging a class on through long lectures. If you get the chance to take any of her classes, do yourself a favor and sign up!

Dr. Korinko is great! I think that everyone studying psychology should have at least one class like the ones she teaches. She gives real life experiences and how she handles them to make sure we are more informed. When I took her class I felt more prepared for my career than any other class I've taken.

Comment:

Professor Korinko made this class very enjoyable. Everyday we learned new things. I had a early class with her and I regret doing that, but waking up to her wasn't all bad. She is very relaxing and always shares her experiences as a Psychologist with us, the students. If you are looking to learn about Psychology, I recommend learning from her.

If I could give less stars I would. This class is an easy A for sure but I didn't learn anything. She doesn't reply to emails until WEEKS later and doesn't enter grades until days before the withdraw deadline. She's great at her behavioral job but it's her MAIN focus. She doesn't really teach you anything. You have to teach yourself.

She is wonderful! She really cares for her students and has so many cool stories to tell when she lectures. She incorporates group work within lectures which is awesome because it keeps us awake for an 8am class! I would show up to class everyday because she gives VERY important information about the upcoming test. *hint hint* Take her!

I loved her class. She had lots of stories and gave out lots of extra credit. She is caring and will help you. She is also hilarous. I would take her again. The book wasn't really used, but it's super helpful to study for the tests.

I had a pleasing experience with Dr Korinko She was full of stories and kept the class interesting Her class is mostly lecture but, it was very enjoyable and interactive I really loved her - she is so funny and caring! I would definitely take her again! Oh and the book wasn't used a lot but, definitely helps!

I had this class at 8am & was EXCITED to go. I learned much, everything was SO interesting. She teaches multiple different ways depending on what it is & you're never bored. Everyone is friendly because you will do in-class work with who you're next to. HER STORIES ARE AMAZING & taught me more than any book. She's sweet, honest & SASSY, I love her!

Dr. Korinko is a great professor! The only problem was with me, and that's because it is hard for me to learn by powerpoints. She uses a lot of them! However, she is a wonderful woman with hilarious stories. She is very experienced in her field, and the course itself is interesting. I definitely recommend her!

Comment:

Ms. Korinko isn't a bad teacher, but she can be very confusing. A lot of times, I wasn't clear on the assignment because she never really explained anything that well. She does give plenty of extra credit if you need it.
