Honestly, great online course to take, easy A and the discussion boards are relatively easy. Also both papers are not complicated, I received a 100% on them and I am not the greatest at essays. 12/10 recommend

I loved this class and Prof Edmonds is great. Weekly discussion boards that you should read the book for but its super easy. To get full points for DBs you have to write more than the word minimum. The textbook was so interesting that I enjoyed reading it. Two powerpoint projects that were easy (finished in a couple of hrs and got 100% in both).

I've taken multiple online communication courses with him and every one is structured EXACTLY the same. You have 12 DQ posts to complete and only have to respond to one peer every time. You do two projects, a midterm and final. They are always powerpoint presentations, super easy! Does NOT accept late work for points! EASY A if you do the work!

I recommend this class to everyone. Edmonds was such a good professor and this class was super interesting and if you put the effort and did all the work on time, it is so manageable to get an A+ or an A. Highly recommend!

This class was my favorite this last semester! All of the assignments were fairly easy. There is no excuse to not get an A/A+ if you do the work and follow the directions. There are 12 discussion boards (usually took me an hour and a half to two hours) and 2 projects that took me 3-4 hours each. SUPER easy and SUPER interesting.

I was skeptical about this class because it was online and I thought it would be more interesting in person, but I'm soooo glad I took it online. There aren't any exams(praise Jesus). Only 2 major projects, discussion boards on a weekly basis (aren't so bad) and extra credit opportunities. The textbook is refreshing and are page turners!

Professor Edmonds is the best teacher and wants you to do well. He responds so fast to emails and gives great advice for the projects. Do all the discussion posts and projects and you will be fine. 2 projects , 12 discussion posts, and response to one person. The class focuses a little to much of LGBT rights, which annoyed me. But take this class!

Super easy online class! Only 12 discussion posts and two powerpoints. Not hard, but can be if you keep putting it off and waiting to the last minute. Grades super quick and offers extra credit to everyone. Would recommend to everyone

This class is super easy if you just do the work. There were twelve discussion boards and two individual projects (powerpoint presentations). As long as you meet the requirements (ie word count), and write at a college level, it is easy to succeed. Dr. Edmonds is very friendly and wants his students to do well.

I had professor Edmonds for COM 316 online. There are 12 discussions with 2 projects. No exams. Class was easy as long as you put in the work and effort. I would definitely recommend his class.

Great teacher. My favorite at ASU. The classes he teaches are all set up the same. Discussion posts & responses and 2 projects. The projects usually consists of PowerPoint or some group work. If you follow his guidelines, there's no way to loose points.. Unless you just type gibberish. Easy A and not stressful at all. Take all his classes!

This was interesting & easy. It was about nonverbal communication. He sends regular emails about things that relate to the class, which aren't required to read for the class. I liked that. There are discussion posts that have to be posted, in addition, to replying to 2 peers. There's also a solo project and a group project. Good luck!

Hardest COM class?? What? No tests, easy PowerPoint, 12 posts (1 orig.1 reply), and a team project (wouldn't have sucked if 2 students hadn't slacked and created extra work!) Be able to write 12 halfway decent posts (be ready to exceed 400 word count because questions are very involved). Had Edmonds twice now. He's fair, but no nonsense.

Easy A class if you're willing to put in the time and effort. No quizzes or tests but a group assignment and solo assignment. My suggestion is to get ahead of the group assignment as much as possible. Edmonds is a stickler about working as a group and everyone doing their part.

This class was a session A so it was pretty fast paced. There were two projects: 1 group and one personal. I emailed him a few times and every time he didn't read my emails all the way through. Just know that discussion responses are due the same day that your original post is due and you will do fine.

awesome Professor highly recommend. Online format and worked with you but very direct and clear about what he wants in regards to discussion board and reply. Dont let it scare you though, he gives great feedback so it shouldnt be a worry onceyou get into a rythym. He allows you to get ahead as well which is nice! Did not need textbook either which was nice... he gives you a link to an online book... WIN WIN situation

Edmonds.. great teacher.. wasnt even the original professor and came in and was still able to answer questions in a timely manner. Be sure to follow the instruction for the discussion boards as well as the content reply. You are able to get ahead if you want I would higly recommend. Has a sense of humor, one of the better online courses I have taken.

Lots of discussion boards, but they aren't very challenging. Just make sure they are long enough. Extremely fast grader. Grades fairly. Overall a pretty easy class. Toughest part is the 2 group assignments, but those aren't bad.

Took this online class and it was pretty easy. Not too much work as long as you did the readings and discussions. Don't miss any assignments cause they will greatly decrease your grade and be aware that the deadlines are very random which is confusing. Start group assignments early but none of the work was very difficult. Definitely recommend
