Professor wasn't extremely helpful and understanding the whole semester. His notes were confusing. The majority of the learning had to be done by yourself reading the textbook.

The book doesn't help with the homework. The homework is difficult, but if you can do the homework the tests will be a piece of cake. Don't be afraid to ask him questions. Course is challenging but do-able. Go to class, it will help. Only the people that try hard are the people that pass. Very nice person and enthusiatic about the subject.

Great amazing person...but he is a little confusing . Sometimes when you ask questions he confuses you more. Every one in the class is having a hard time, granted it is a difficult class. But he really loves and wants to help. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK, u never use it. EVER. Homework is immensly more difficult than the 3 exams. and worth 20% of grade.

I took him last semester for Stats and I think he is a good professor. He knows what he is talking about and is always helpful. It is not an easy course, but if you attend every class, pay attention, do the online homework, ASK QUESTIONS, and go to tutoring if needed you should go should do very well. I passed this class with an A. Quizzes are off

This class is not hard if you pay attention. All the students who had problems were the ones who sat in the back and did not ask questions or do their homework. He is friendly and always welcomes questions and explains everything if you speak up. His tests are curved and they follow the study guides exactly. Study and you'll be fine.

Horrible teacher. If you want a professor who just throws up notes on a laptop and does not actually teach much, this is your professor. He checks attendance through clickers, and uses them for pop quizzes and attendance. He does not know how to teach, and never gets off his laptop to explain anything.

he was really nice and had good intentions but when we would ask questions, he wouldn't respond with a clear answer. the tests were always curved and homework really boosted your grade, same with the clicker questions. you have to be willing to spend the time to teach yourself on some subjects. i hate math but i was able to pull an A in this class.

This class was confusing from day one, the only way that i understood what he was talking about was by reading the book or looking stuff online to figure it out. i strongly dont recommend him at all. He's nice, but he's not a good teacher.

By far one of the most passive and useless professors I have ever had. No offense, because I understand that I'm the student, but at least have the guts to look at us once in a while. I mean if his plan is just to read everything off his computer, then forget teaching. Make it an online course considering he gives you a copy; you could go faster

I personally liked him, but I saw many faces of wonderment as fellow students tried to follow. The material is difficult, it would be hard to find a teacher that can explain it more coherently. You could do a lot worse, though his jokes are corny.

ummm nice professor but he definitly lacks clarity, find a study group and go to tutoring, you have to completely stay alert, buts its hard! enroll if your willing to make that extra extra mile

The reason I passed this class was because i relied on myself. The only time i paid attention was during clicker quizzes or instructions on how to use our calculators. The text was a joke, it's reminiscent of a mathmatician on crack. Clevenson is a nice guy and well meaning but his pc based teaching style isnt very helpful. Enroll at your own risk

I really enjoyed this class, even though I was dreading it at the beginning. I think Prof. Clevenson is a great teacher. He goes the extra mile to explain things to be sure you understand and is pretty funny and sweet. I highly recommend him.

if you have no understanding of stats or just hate math, you will fail. i sat in class doing absolutely nothing. my notes consisted of doodles because i was constantly lost. he teaches on a computer which makes makes everything confusing. he doesnt provide examples and expects you to know everything. i dont suggest anyone to take him!

He is an outstanding teacher. He is funny and gets a chuckle out of the class everytime.I truly recommend him if you are a good student and can come to class everyday. He is always willing to help. You never have to take notes because he puts them online, but you do need to be in class to use your clicker. Tests/homework/etc. curved! easy pass :)

Amazing teacher. Super funny. If you have somewhat of a brain then you can pass this class. Cute, funny guy who always makes the class laugh. Its college-- show up to class and youll do fine! recommend this class 100%
