He is very professional and very passionate about Interpersonal Relationships. You need the text book only because you have to put a quote from the reading in your assignment each week. Otherwise, the quizzes off the reading are common sense questions. The class is pass fail and you only spend on class a week with Griffith in a discussion.

I'm not going to lie this course is a constant grind. I took it in the Summer with it only being 4 weeks. It was very tough, but that's honestly expected. Dr. Griffith makes himself available to help at all times. Don't be afraid to ask him. He responds very quickly to concerns of his students. His dedication was very impressive. Expect to grind.

Dr. Griffith is a wonderful professor. Yes, his classes can be difficult, but that's the point. He prepares you well for the field, and I feel as though I can say that as a graduate. He's wonderful and I'd recommend him for sure.

I was so excited to take this class -- it is my field. Unfortunately, I hated it. The way that Griffith teaches is simply terrible. He does not try to explain things, and most of his questions are based on his opinion, and he focuses almost entirely on ethics for the entire class -- never really touched on the disorders. I do not recommend him.

I think most people complain that his classes are difficult, esp stats, is true. But he just has high expectations for his students, wanting us to succeed. Having him as my advisor for yrs, I'll say that he's helpful to all students. He makes quality lectures/videos WITH audios & instructions. He is GREAT in class discussions. Just be diligent ;p

I took Abnormal Psych with Griffith. I found that comparing Griffith's classes to his stats class (Psy 2440) is unfair for the pure fact that statistics here in general is crappy. He is a different person in statistics and people should not assume he is a bad professor based on stats. He is great in abnormal psychology &i recommend that class.

Dr. Griffith is a wonderful professor. The course work is very challenging, but he opens his students up to the learning process. He doesn't tell you so much what to think, as much as he teaches you how to think

Great Prof for sure, he will challenege all the thigns you have ever thought about your faith and make you think outside the box, but in a good way. The work for the class isn't the most fun and the tests are very hard, but the discussions in class are amazing, and as a prof. he is awesome even if
