Professor Klosinski is awesome! You can easily meet up with him outside of class to ask him about questions you have. He is also very generous in his extra credit giving. Although he looks strict, he isn't at all. He gives daily quizzes but they are easy and even if you fail one, there is still many left :D

Wasn't a bad professor and was a nice guy. But his lectures can be a bit boring. It was hard for me to focus on his class, so I didn't do so well in his class.

Dr. Klosinski is a great professor. He is very old and seems hard of hearing and perhaps seeing, however he knows what he is doing with calculus. He is very clear in how he explains things, giving many examples and thorough when answering questions. Quintessential 'calculus professor'. Wonderful guy.

I love Klosinski, wont take math from anyone else. He is one of the best teachers at Santa Clara and spends the time to make sure everyone understands the material before moving on. Minimal homework, practice tests that are exactly like the ones given, lots of opportunities to earn points.

As a person who likes apps, Klosinski didn't meet my expectations. I wish that he went more into detail besides just introducing different techniques for solving differential equations. Sure, that's fine, but applications would be much better. If you want apps, take Ostrov (beware, though!). Wouldn't recommend him unless there's no other choice.

Homework for this class in minimal and the problems are gone over in class is there are questions. Daily quiz on one of the homework problems, not bad. Midterms are fairly hard (make sure you pick up his review because some questions are identical). Got a C and D on the midterms but ended the quarter with an A in the class.

Klosinski is a great teacher, he's your classic cute old guy college math professor. Homework is minimal, he's funny, daily quizzes make sure you understand the material, he usually lets you out early. However, his midterms can be pretty crazy and tricky

The class seemed pretty easy and clear to me. He is pretty funny, but goes a little fast during lecture. Homework is every night, but very short (usually 3-4 problems). Quiz every friday and two midterms and a final.

I really enjoyed coming to this class. He's extremely nice and willing to help his students. He's also has his smart alec moments. HW and Quizzes are easy, his Exams can be challenging though. I suggest not only finish the practice exams, but also study your entire notes. There were some problems that were tricky that he mentions in ur notes

Had him for 22 and 102. Makes Calculus VI understandable, clear, but still gives challenging tests. Spent a lot of time with him out of class, and he's grown on me a lot. very helpful, tricky tests, but doable. Take him, one of the reasons I've fallen in love with math.

Fantastic Professor. Very dry, crotchety old man whose lecturing style is comical. Weekly quizzes, short homework, but somehow everything seems easy to learn. He isn't very talkative but is still definitely willing to help students. Reminds me of a frog. I highly recommend him, there's a reason engineering students take him instead of applied math.

Amazing teacher, I honestly will miss going to his class.Quizzes every wednesday, not hard at all. I am not doing as well as I would like but I know it is because I choke on exams and not because of him.Take him if you are willing to work and come to class, he is very funny and overall an amazing teacher/person.Very helpful, I highly recommend him

Great math professor. He is extremely easy to understand and is always helpful in class. His lectures directly apply to the homework, so it is always easy. Tests can be somewhat more difficult, and there are not study guides, but I've never felt that a lot of studying is necessary. He is pretty funny in class. Take him!

Very good professor. He likes to put a few very hard questions on the exams so those who truly grasped the concepts will stand out. Take him if you know it's a subject you will enjoy. Stay away if you are only looking to gain credits

Oh man. Prof Klosinski is the man. I did ok on the first midterm but bombed the second. He convinced me not to drop the class because I thought I was going for a C. Let me tell you, study for and do well on the final and this professor will give you the grade you deserve. Im so happy I took this class. And he's very helpful too. Great guy.
