Dr Kreidie is a very good professor. The people who are saying she has a bias simply do not appreciate the fact that she presents the relevant information from a dispassionate position. In other words because she does not have a bias in favor of Israel they consider her bias against. but it is not true.She simply presents the facts as they are.

Professor Kreidie is very bias. If you can read between the lines you will clearly see where she stands. She relates EVERYTHING in her lectures to Lebanon. and all her TAs are Lebanese. I have taken a few of her classes all the TAs were from Lebanon. Its as if she has this Lebanese pride thing going on or something. Take her class and get easy A

I don't understand why people say that she is bias. Everyone has opinions, but she, at the very least, tries to present multiple perspectives. I must admit, she can be a bit confusing and deadlines change like day and night, but she is a very intelligent professor and she is more than willing to help you if you approach her.

Kreidie is very knowledgeable about the middle east but is not at teaching. Her lectures are confusing but she's helpful in office hours. Hard to stay awake/focused in class. Can be biased & show favoritism. Don't bother buying the books- I don't think a single student out of 300 did. Get the general concepts & BS a bit for a sort of easy A.

very unorganized, took Islam & west, whole class was the history of the koran. Since i am not Ismalmic i was at a disadvantage because i knew very little about the fundamentals and history while my classmates were pros. I wansnt able to use specific examples like they were on the midterm/final/paper so theirs looked better. Gota B but it wasnt easy

Very approachable and helpful. Office hours are great, because she is willing to discuss and invoke even more thought on the subject matter. Usually a paper, mini-presentation, midterm and final, but none of which is too difficult. Pay attention in lecture and think for yourself and your set...but overall a really nice lady

Professor Kreidie is a knowledgeable, nice lady. She does not take sides and is more than willing to help anyone. I personally went to her office over 5 times and she always welcomed me. Take the class if you want to learn more about Middle East. Attendance is a must, midterm, final (or debate instead of the final) and most likely a paper.

She is very cute, but not at all organized. You must attend class to stay on top of the material, as she changes everything from day to day, and get credit for her daily attendance. If you attend class there is no need to read. She is helpful during her office hours. You do not need to be pro-Hezbollah to get an A, you just need to write convincing

Please avoid if possible!!!! It is painful to sit through her lectures because she has so much hate for American and Israel. Only take class if your anti-west, this way you can guarantee an A in class. Only take her if you are friends with the reader or Lebanese. She is not organized, changes dates all the time and has no respect for any student.

First - She is a good professor! I have had HORRIBLE ones before and she is definitely not. Yes she is disorganized and her presentations could be clearer but she is SUPER approachable in office hours and really accommodating. You can have any opinion as long as you BACK IT UP (and not just state your opinion). Easy A for a PS class.

She changes the schedule all the time. She doe not grade anything, only her "READER" does and its even worse. Please do not take her class. I took petrovich and got an A. I got an A in her class also, but i worked my tail off. Please do not take her class. If you are not Pro-Hezbollah or Lebanon or Islam, you will certainly fail. Do not take her.

Had this professor last year and really liked the class. Unfortunately, she has really changed how her class works. Now there are quizzes all the time. Everything is even more disorganized than before. She added a discussion section first week. Readings and movies are terrible. This professor has really gone downhill. No longer an easy A. Avoid.

She is very confusing at first but if you just stick with it you will be fine. Her midterms and finals are all essays but she usually lets you choose like 6 out of 7. she gives A LOT of extra credit in the end. She is also really really nice if you go talk to her about something.

first of all, she doesn't grade, the TAs do. Which is good for us, because I'm taking two of her classes right now and her TAs are nice graders. I studied the night before both midterms and did really well. She knows a lot and is very cool to talk to one on one. visit her during office hours and she can clarify a lot for you. she's an easy A.

She's a very interesting professor. Her lectures, real-life experiences, and the way she speaks her mind and not the media's makes her a very good professor. Very approachable. If you mess up on something you have like 6 other assign. to make-up for that. I highly recommend taking this class with her. BTW..she's pretty good looking for a prof.
