Just go to class and take notes. Class ends early most days. Her test are super easy and if hard, she usually gives bonus points. Took 5 test and 2 were bs test. I dont think she even calculated them into gpa. Fun class, Fun teacher! EAsy grade. Buy the book on amazon for $30.

She's awful. She shows up 20 mins late to class every week, yet if we miss a single class we drop a letter grade. She yells at students who are doing nothing wrong, doesn't give clear instructions and yells at us for asking for clarity. She's extremely disrespectful to her students. I don't have a clue why UTC would hire such a terrible professor.

Dr. Fletcher is likely the worst professor I have ever had. Perhaps her accounting class is better, but Creativity in Business was the biggest waste of time. I dreaded it every week. While the class was "easy," I would have rather endured a class ten times harder; rather than attend her class feeling disrespected with insulted intelligence.

One of the funniest teachers I've had! She can be a bit abrasive and intimidating, but it's really just for show. She really cares about the students and wants them to succeed. Her instructions can seem confusing, but the point of that is to get you to be more creative. When you meet w/ her to go over your projects, she'll tell you how to fix them

Comment:

Great teacher, pretty easy class if you know what she wants you to answer on the tests. That sounds obvious, but she seemed to want things in a very specific way, you'll understand once you're in the class. Get in a really good group for the project, don't just haphazardly pick the people around you, it will pay off when it comes to your grade.

Uhhh can you say disorganized?? This class was horrible and her teaching ability for this class was deplorable. We never knew what in the world we were supposed to do and could not get a clear answer from her. She is a feminazi to top it off. Class was easy though...no textbook required.

I dunno what to say about Dr. Fletcher other than what an amazing teacher she was. In this class your primary work is a case study in the 2nd half of the semester. It's HARD and a lot of work, but she's very helpful and clear about what she wants. Attendance is MANDATORY and for God's sake HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE OFF, lol. I made an A.

Crazy and sarcastic. Knows what she's doing. gives a quiz most classes on reading assignments but reading is easy. Go to class, pay attention, and doin't draw attention to yourself and you'll be fine.

Her class is set up based on reading the chapter before class then a short easy quiz on it. She is funny and always lets class out early. It is quite a bit of reading but I think it is an overall easy course and she's a lot of fun.

Definately NOT HOT! But an easy teacher to take. She basically spoon feeds you the information, tells you exactly what will be on her essay test and gives you the answers the day before the test. It's an easy A, and a great blowoff in the middle of a busy semester. If you take anyone else for 335 you are nuts!
