This professor is by far the best one I've ever had. Class is an easy A. She gives homework monday, wednesday, and friday. I have never been good at math and she has helped me so much. She is funny and if you have any questions, she will answer and do the best she can to help you. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Gives lots of extra credit.

she is very unorganized when giving lectures & goes very fast dont ask to may questions because she will direct you to the success center & tell you that the material should have been known already will get bothered if you ask to many questions.. her lessons dont align with the online hw so you will be lost & have to teach yourself. dont recommend

I dont know why so many people are complaining, I loved her class, im not the best at math & I understood every lecture she gave, she is very nice. Lots of homework 2-3 assignments a week, quiz at the end of every class but its more of a practice, open notes,can ask for help ect.. You have to put work in, attend class everyday

If you are not willing to teach the material to yourself, then don't take this class at all. Shes very unorganized when writing on the board, which is very frustrating when trying to write notes. Always runs late. A lot of homework on ALEKS.  Some people are just not meant to be teachers.

The way to pass her class is to be there every day, asks lots of questions even if you bug her, and do lots of review one day before every test. If you just sit in class expecting her to teach you everything without you asking questions you will get lost. So don't be afraid to ask questions because she does fly through her lectures.

Prof Padgett is a nice teacher. The setup of the class was the issue. The textbook was pointless except to start and finish the class with a few math problems. The grading system and homework is done with Alexs and any extra credit given in class hardly helps your grade. Tests are 50% grade and final is over everything from the semester.

Solid professor for math but her attendance policy is ridiculous, 4 absences and you're dropped, and that alone is why I wouldn't take her again. She eases up on it towards the end but having that stress to have to show up for a community college class when you're still completing the homework is awful. Homework is through WebAssign $80 access

She relies on the online program to teach all of the work. She doesnt thoroughly explain each step of problems. She often gets confused and the students call her out on mistakes.

This class consisted of the professor assigning class activities when not showing examples on how to do them. I always found myself sitting in class trying to figure out a problem and her asking around anyone need help. Instead of doing this, I would have learned more if the professor showed enough examples to EVERYONE!

One of the most helpful teachers. She's super sweet and will make sure you understand the topic even if she repeats it a 100 times. Will go the extra mile for her students and a fun lecturer. Already registered for her class next semester :D

best math teacher so far! pay attention, do all the hw (its done online), and attend class. She reviews the study guide which helps alot! 3 tests, 1 final exam, and the hw! Has office hours and is accessible outside of class through email usually responds quickly. Explains everything in detail:)

She's explains every problem so thoroughly I never did well in a math class until I've taken her. Your homework is all done on Web Assign. She gives you a review of all the problem thats just like the test, if you study the review pretty well most likely you will do great on the test.

Mrs. Lisa is an amazing math teacher!! I took Math 520 with her and now I'm taking Math 410 also with her. I hope if she teaches the all other Math classes, if you attend the class, do your home works on time the test will be much easier than not showing up. she does a review before each test which makes it easy. I recommend her to all!!
