I really like this online class. It's not too much homework but it's enough to actually learn something. It has a decent amount of writing. Grades assignments fast and gives feedback to correct assignments the next time around. Would take her again!

Professor Sisk is wonderful! She is quick to respond to emails, explains all of her expectations for assignments, and is super understanding. Be prepared to write, but if you put in the work you will do great! Really enjoyable class.

Shes Okay. Honestly this class is PR for Nonprofits and should not be graded as hard as it is but I get it, ya gotta do your job. That was my only issue with this class, it felt like she wanted it to be more of a legitimate class than it actually is by grading as tough as she did. Can tell she cares about her students though.

I took this as a winter session which made it only 3 weeks long. This was the easiest class I have ever taken. Other than having multiple things due every single day, Professor Sisk gave good feedback. Although i did find myself thinking "am i doing this right" a lot. Gave really no guidance for what she wanted, but you got the hang of it

I took this as a winter semester class over the course of three weeks. The class was really solid and I've always enjoyed the condensed classes. I feel as though when they're condensed you're forced to focus more which, in-turn, helps you learn more. The hardest part of the course is making sure you get your formatting correct including verbiage.

Professor Sisk is one of the most wonderful teachers you can have. As long as you put fourth an effort in her class, she will do whatever it takes to make sure you succeed. In crisis communications specifically she gets the best guest speakers in the industry. For example, the PIO for the Sandy Hook shooting came into our class to speak.

Really nice person but probably should't be a teacher anymore. She doesn't give you enough guidance and then grades your assignments really really hard. Definitely the teacher to avoid if you don't want a hard campaigns class

Ms. Sisk really cares about her students and wants to see them succeed. She is a VERY tough grader and will notice anything you do wrong in your work, so proofread your work a few times before handing it in. There's an assignment due almost every class period.

Don't get behind on the work! Professor Sisk is a really tough grader but she outlines exactly what she'll mark off for at the beginning the of the semester. She will definitely make you a better writer and a more thorough proof-reader. Despite being a tough grader, she's really sweet and really cares about her students' success.

This class was kind of a joke. The course work was not hard and there was barely enough information to fill a class session. We left early almost every day.

Dr. Sisk is easily the best professor I've had at USC. She is a tough grader (especially on grammar) because she wants you to succeed in the professional world. She also cares about students and is very approachable. I learned a lot in her crisis communications class, and it was fun, challenging and worthwhile. I 10/10 would recommend this class!

Sisk is one of my favorite professors at USC. She wants all of her students to succeed and works toward everyone really knowing the material. Its an interesting class and I learned so much from her. She's a really tough grader and takes off a lot of points for grammatical errors, so make sure to proof read!

PR for Nonprofits is more aptly titled, "Class for Energetic Girls 101." As the complete opposite of that stereotype, I was grossly annoyed by the rapport of this class. Nonetheless, Sisk is a great professor who really cares about her students. Not many tests or assignments, lots of guest speakers. Lots of eye candy too.

If you're looking for an easy campaigns class with little work, don't take Sisk. With that being said, she's a wonderful professor, so sweet and always willing to help; however, she's a strict grader and you have an assignment due almost every class. You'l l become a better writer after this class though!

Sisk wants to see her students succeed & will do anything to help make that happen. She goes beyond the classroom to help her students. She's a tough grader to reflect the reality of mistakes. She expects you to be self-sufficient, which you should be at this level. Her syllabus will terrify you but just show up and do the work. You'll be okay. :)

Sisk is a sweetheart. But I am an A student, yet have failed nearly every assignment. She is the most difficult grader ever. Do not take her class if you are not an incredibly precise writer. I have been told I am a great writer many times, but she makes me feel like I've never opened a book. Do not take her class if you want an A. Period.

Sisk is awesome, funny, and very laid back. This class is easy if you do your work. 3 big presentations and a lot of class discussions. One test and one take home final. Some hw assignments and papers, but if you do them, you will do well!
