Lori is super knowledgeable. 2 exams and 1 final exam. You get to use one side of a sheet of paper for each test (both sides for final). She drops 4 lowest grades at the end. She gives prelabs which aren't for points, but help you alot on the actual labs. About half of labs done outside of class. Online HW every week, 10 or 20 questions. Very nice.

Prof Hahn is a good teacher and made stats 215 easy. She gives plenty of practice material and uses good examples. She wants to make sure you are understanding WHY you are doing what you are doing, not simply just plugging and chugging.

The class has weekly hw quizzes (online), optional hw (online), practice labs (in class), and labs (in & out of class). She lets you use a cheat sheet on the exams which I found insanely helpful. She is very knowledgeable about stats but moves very fast. She wants all her students to do well and even offers EC every once in awhile.

This prof was amazing! She broke down the material in several ways, and explained it in different words. If you attend class and pay attention, you won't need to read the textbook to pass. She thoroughly explained the material and made complex ideas easy to understand. Would highly recommend taking!

She really knows what she is doing but can at times almost over explain things. Some parts she will go over so much it's boring and other times it just makes things confusing. The homework assignments aren't bad though and the exams aren't super hard either. There's a few small projects but that's all. Plus she lets you use note cards on tests.

Very enthusiastic & always ready to help. Book isn't necessary since verything you need to know will be on her ppts. Take notes during lecture, go through the ppts on your own as well, DO THE PRACTICE PROBLEMS & you will pass. If you don't know how to do the assigned practice problems you have no chance of passing the tests. SPSS project every week

I Think Professor Hahn is a good professor for stats. She definitely knows what she is talking about. I feel like her lectures don't go in depth enough for the homework of the exams. I thought I understood it in class but on exams and hw, I was lost. She also is a hard grader, easily could give half points but doesnt. Kind of a lot of homework

Professor Hahn is funny, but can be intimating. I have never taken a stats class before and I felt like she taught that people have taken stats before. I found this class challenging. She says almost too much information in her lecture and I end up getting lost. I found her teaching style to be hard to learn. The tests are also kind of challenging.

Professor Hahn is a good professor. She is hilarious and gives extra credit. Her exams are challenging. Homework gets 3 tries. After chapter 3 everything was rushed and it was hard to keep up. Be prepared to practice stats a lot, and make sure you leave enough time to study for her exams.

Professor Hahn is an excellent professor. She explains material very well with lots of examples. She is willing to help outside of class and is very clear on what she expects of you. Tests are pretty easy IF you take the time to study. Attendance is optional, but if you skip you miss a lot of important information. Gives extra credit too!

Professor Hahn is one of the greater professors on campus. She is VERY clear on how she grades and what she wants. Very good at explaining and clearing things up if you have questions. Tests are a bit hard. Homework is on blackboard. Doesn't take attendance but you will miss a lot if you don't show up. Gives random extra credit if you come to class

She's absolutely my favorite prof! She's so funny and inspirational! I actually enjoyed going to class because of her! Her tests are easy as long as go to class and listen and there's some homework but it's not hard at all. She's gives extra credit too when she's feeling super nice so go to class if you want it. Would take her again without a doubt

Professor Hahn is an amazing lady, I loved her energy and spunk during class. However, she was often times annoying because on Fridays she would make us show up for class and then 5 minutes later say she didn't feel like being there and make us leave. GO TO CLASS because she will randomly give people who show up extra credit, especially after tests

Overall a good teacher. Very nice person! The only thing was she left a lot of important material to teach at the end of the semester so it was really rushed. But you get 3 attempts on her homework assignments which saved me! Her tests didn't start out tough but half way through the semester they kept getting hard since she rushes more.

Hahn seems very nice in class but is the hardest grader I have had at GV. I lost 10 percent on a HW grade because i didnt staple it before class. my roommate is taking stats right now and has over 100 percent and knows half of what I know and I currently sit at 81%. grading criteria is messed up. need a 83 to get a B-, I have a C with my 81%.

She may seem intimidating but she is seriously SUCH a great professor. She occasionally gives extra credit for coming to class (10 pts on an exam once!) She can be goofy and is so helpful. She drops your THREE lowest homeworks and your one lowest project grade. highly recommend!!!
