Comment:

The teacher isn't on top of things. She doesn't grade as papers come in, so you can't tell if you're on track with everything, and she doesn't respond quickly or efficiently to emails. Most of my other professors have a set schedule, and she has NO schedule, so it's hard to know how much time you'll need each week. Easy teacher, not good with focus

Very helpful professor! She will go the extra mile to help you. I took this class to learn information about health and nutrition not because I needed it. Mistake! There is a lot of anatomy needed in this class. It is extremely detailed! Very informative but she wants you to know everything! If you NEED this class she is a good professor. She cares

TAKE ONLINE! Easy 4.0. Study objectives for each chapter for exam and you will 4.0 each exam everytime. Projects were easy. Take online quizes as many times as you need to get 100 percent. Only down fall is she is sometimes slow to respond to emails. Take online and you will have maybe 1 hour of work a week. recommend taking ONLINE.

Comment:

Crazy at some times (once said "we as a culture, need to get more SENSUAL with food"). Could be incredibly hard to listen to with her boring power point presentations. Information was accurate to what she believes and what the test correct answers would be. Not necessarily true though. Frequently sites opinions as opposed to facts when teaching.

She's a bit of a puzzle - she comes off as judgemental in class, but if you talk to her in person she's very, very nice. Her tests are SUPER easy and you have to do several tedious projects, but they honestly help you learn about yourself and your own health. CAREFUL - she gets your grades wrong and it's likely that she won't ever get them right.

yells at you for one thing, does it herself..says to study for such & such for test, test is on other stuff..cant keep grades straight..She like 2 people , lecure is good..learning what teaches is good but what matters like grades . She needs to get herself straight and organized. Also just expects you to know nursing if taking this class..

Took this class online and it was very easy. She is slow on grading and getting back to you but class is very easy and everything is layed out to you. You know exactly what to expect

DONT TAKE HER! She didnt follow the dates on her own syllabus........forgot to tell us that her last test was cumlative until the week of the test.........It wasnt really fair........she does not check her email enought for an online class
