Comment:

Her powerpoint slides come straight from the textbook's company and is basically word for word from the book. She goes off of the slides and will explain more clearly on things. HOWEVER, she does move on fast so unless you're typing on a keyboard, it might be hard to keep up. As a person, very nice, adds her own stories, very real with students.

Comment:

I love this professor. She is funny, and she grades fairly easy!(Tests are on a curve) There is a group project and a case brief, but don't be scared, she is very direct on what to do and how to do it. Review the study guide questions, b/c tests are derived from the study guide. Definitely recommend!

She's a good teacher. Explanations are simple so she makes things easy to understand. But she goes WAY TOO fast. She lectures off pp slides that aren't offered anywhere online. u dont need the book but u DO NEED the STUDY GUIDE (like a workbook). She tells u what to study for the day b4 exams. Grades w/a curve. 1 group project. 2 case briefs.

She's horrible, she thinks she's all great. She speeds through her lectures, not making sure students understand. She does not know how to teach. The visiting professor she take about can tell you that also.

Extremely nice! She's a wonderful professor who cares about her students. 3 exams with curve (usually 1 grade up B->A, C->B), 1 case brief that you can redo until you get the full points, and a group presentation(as long as you try, full points). I love her examples during lecture, it makes things more interesting. Easy B! Try hard and get an A!

I scored *fine* on all the tests (44/50) by studying the companion study guide. She tells you what will be on the test on review day so study those terms for sure! You do NOT need to buy the book; just ask your friends for the names of the cases for your case brief. Got an A (exceeded 100% in the class with bonus points)

Would definitely take her again. She is very helpful and offers lots of examples to help understand the material. 2 exams and 1 final. Also assigns a case brief which is fairly easy. Offered extra credit which helped out a lot. If first two exam score aren't too good, you still have a chance of passing the class because of the curve.

This prof is great. This class is so easy and she actually gets bothered by the department for giving out to many A's. She is really a good teacher and loves teaching. She's defintly not the "usual" prof, she a real person

very thorough, lectures help explain wat the book doesnt. she curves @ end of sem & gave ex. crdt for voting. 2 easy ethics cases for 15 pts. 1 online exam & 2 inclass exams w/1 non-****final. def recommend for an easy grade. got an A on the 1st test, & D on the 2nd & final & got a B n class.

Comment:

Does what a professors should do, teach and explain the material. An easy class but also an interesting one. Tests are very easy because she tells you what to study for. Helps the class understand the material by giving examples that are sometimes funny. Attendance aren't mandatory but you should go to get some notes for the test.

She is a very good business law professor. She cares about her students and knows the subject. She makes the material extremely comprehendable and only gives 4 exams. The secret to passing her class: GO TO CLASS!! during review days for exams she literally goes through the test to let you know what you need to know for the exam.

Professor Dymally is a great teacher. She takes the time to explain things really well, and is really down to earth. She will take the down to speak with you if you have a problem, and doesn't mind giving additional help to her students. Highly recommended. She makes it easy to get a good grade. Take her, you won't regret it.

Very nice, funny and energetic. First MT is a joke (super easy), don't even read the book. The second is very tough. And her lectures get very choppy without slides so class notes end up being useless. If you use the book with the notes, you should be fine. Just don't slack on reading and you'll get an A or B.

Comment:

Lynn Dyamally is one of the best business teachers I have had at CSULB. I took this during the summer and it was kind of intense, but her real life examples help students to understand law practically. I did use the textbook alot, but found it very easy to read after attending her lectures. I highly recommend students to take her for law.
