Best Prof I ever had. This woman is like Athena. Down right godly. And made my mind grow and learn. Which is not a small feat in a hellplace like Queen's. She's basically too good for this school. She belongs at Harvard or Oxford.

She holds your attention and gets excited about the material. Uses simple like if you had an if cream cone with 3 different flavors. May sound silly but it'll help you. HARD CLASS but get tutor sessions WITH HER and you'll be fine just go with particular questions like from hw or exams. SUCH A NICE PERSON and INTERESTING TEACHER

While Moore does seem like she is a very intelligent woman, it does not show very much in lecture. Jumps around a lot, sometimes very unclear and disorganized, poor planning for the midterm and final paper.

Professor Moore is a stunning intellect. If she loves the material it is diffficult not to love it too. She makes very clear points but it is crucial to understand how her mind works. She is wont to depart on tangents but if you ask the right questions she is the most helpful professor you could find. Loved the class. Hope to have her again.

Really really nice, writes amazing articles but has terrible classes. Can't really engage in material in seminars. Doesn't get the class going. Just dwells on the same issues but never adds to them.

Very intelligent, knows the material very well. In response to what the previous person has written, I would like to say that I went to 95% of the lectures, paid attention, yet still found her very difficult to follow at times. Jumps around too much.

Tries really hard. Lectures are very difficult to understand, but useful if you sludge through them (i.e. exams based almost entirely on lectures.) Very kind and warm in person.
