Prof. Davis is a sweetheart. Very nice guy, but be prepared for two small quizzes a day. As long as you do the reading he assigns and pay attention in class, you should be good. Also, take notes for literally everything. Even if you think it's not important, jot it down. Overall wonderful class! (Intro to Psych)

He is one of the most charismatic professors I have had the pleasure of learning from! His class is not easy by any means, but if you come to class, take notes and read the book, you will do well! It is all about the time that you put into the class. If you are will to do the work, he will reward you! He is also super easy to talk to!!

I would not recommend Davis's into to psych class. He grades on a combination of textbook and class notes, but his classes can seem long and boring. The material can be interesting but it is difficult to stay focused all the time. The tests are tough and you really need to know your material to get an A

I studied for 5 DAYS STRAIGHT and still only pulled a 77% on his test. Never done this much work for a class for so little reward in my life. He's a great guy, super helpful, but unless you want to murder your GPA, don't take it.

Took a winter term course with him years ago. He had a bad habit of singling students out based on race- not in a really offensive way, but more in an awkward way. Granted, the course I took was about the psychology of prejudice and I'm sure he meant well but it was still uncomfortable. The class was still interesting.

I loved his class. I learned a lot from his explanations of theories and his case study examples. He's very interesting and he makes things fun. His exams can be complete curveballs though, make sure you read! I enjoyed talking with him outside of class too. He's hilarious.

Social Psychology: his class is very hard, so get ready to work your butt off. He's a great professor, great lecturer, and always available if you need help. The tests seem to come straight from the text book so be ready to read. Although a hard class, it was a good overall experience!

He's the real deal college professor, his classes are fun, but he expects ALOT out of you as his student. Be prepared to spend hours studying and still have difficulty on tests, and your papers will get real criticism. Difficult grader but you'll learn alot from him. 4 multiple choice tests w/ 2 essay qs, 4 short papers, and a term paper.

The first thing he said was that attendance was not mandatory. YOUR ENTIRE GRADE is self-motivated and made up of 4 exams of 50 questions. Basically, if you study, you're fine; if you don't, you're screwed. Davis is a very fun lecturer and pretty laid back. I'd recommend him to anybody.

Prof. Davis is awesome :) Def. fair in class, social psych was a bit hard at times, but if you read and keep up in class, you will do fine. Also awesome to have as a mentor as well, always there when you need him and always willing to listen :)
