Be sure to keep every paper or response you wrote for his class because he will collect it at the end of the semester. I would truly say the only downside to Dr. Noon is that he takes over 2 weeks to grade papers, which is frustrating sometimes. He will luckily host one-on-one meetings monthly to review progress and see if you have any questions.

Dr. Noon is like a caring grandfather to his students, and is very accessible and understanding. Readings are assigned at least twice a week, two essays and two exams in the entire semester, although he will give about 10 question quizzes on readings. Wonderful professor.

Noon is like a lovable grandpa. Really sweet guy who tries his best to work with his students. Sometimes a little repetitive in lectures, but overall an enjoyable class. Provides plenty of opportunities for students to share ideas. Wants to see you succeed.

Super nice guy! Always available when you need help, can pin point your weaknesses in essays and helps you fix them. The papers aren't hard at all, I enjoyed writing them. Would 100% have him as a prof again.

Super nice guy but has boring lectures. Takes attendance every class. Assigns 2 or 3 papers. Exams are so long that they need to be taken over two classes. You will read a ton and have to take 10-15 question quizzes on the stuff you read. You hand in a portfolio at end of semester so be sure to keep all work he hands back to you.

Imagine an adorable nerdy grandpa and that is Dr Noon. Read the short story assignments and you will get 100 on the short quizzes. Theres 2 major essays which are difficult but he goes out of his way to help. Exams are not hard themselves but the way they are given is extremely stressful. Keep ALL of your responses because you turn them in at end

Dr. Noon was a very nice man and I highly recommend him! He is kind and understanding. Your entire grade is based on your portfolio so make sure you have that all together! There were only two quizzes and no test or final! His essay topics were interesting (there were only 4) and he did a good job introducing us to different styles of writing.

Noon can be a boring dude but he's very nice and the class is super easy. one of my friends took the same class with a different prof and it made me grateful I took Noon. There are like 3 papers and they're all super easy. The class was cake, just show up for attendance and do the work, it's not back breaking, you'll pass if you have a brain lol

Imagine the cutest little old grandpa and that is Dr. Noon. Sometimes class could get boring, but the assignments were usually interesting to do. If you show up and read you will coast through with an A. His class was a piece of cake and he is a really nice and reasonable dude.

Dr. Noon is a super nice guy, and his class is very easy. Just be sure to come to class and participate by writing the brief paper responses he asks for, and you'll have no problems. At times his class can be a little boring, but it's not difficult at all, and the reading assignments are usually interesting, or at the very least, not very long.

Professor Noon is a very nice guy but his class was a snoozefest. We did not get to pick our own paper topics and his grading criteria is very confusing.

Very easy class, 4 papers total, longest one was 1,100 words which isn't a lot but they weren't on good writable topics. Reading with quizzes but he'll 9 times out of 10 tell you when he's having a quiz on the reading. pretty relaxed and understanding, class was pretty boring though. He does ask for opinions on things rather than strictly research.

Really nice guy. He is fair with all of his grading procedures and requires you to put in some effort to get an A. He cares about what he does and his students and is always willing to help. Read and pay attention and you should do well in Lit. Does not hand out easy As, but if you show you care and work a little you should be fine.

Mark Noon is a great guy. He's very comical. The classes can be long and boring. However, its an easy A class if you read and pay attention in class. Usually gives quizzes on all the readings. Only a couple of papers and like two tests.

Dr. Noon exemplifies a man who has no worries in the world. Great guy who would do just about anything you asked him. Very personable too. Class itself is a breeze. 4 papers per semester, rather short ones too. Everyday, either a worksheet or online assignment is due (usually able to do in class). Likes to talk and amuses himself easily.. Take him

He's a great guy, very sweet and likes to laugh at his own jokes. I loved having him and I'm planning on taking his other classes as I go through my GenEds, a lot of papers but he lets you redo them if you really screw up. He loves grammar worksheets but just do them and the class will pass by super fast! Totally a great professor.

Class itself is pretty boring. He will usually give a grammar worksheet & talks about upcoming papers--four for the semester. His papers are all under 5 pages & as long as you follow the guidelines, you'll have no problem getting an A. At the end of the semester, it gets a little crazy as there are three assignments do. Would definitely recommend.
