Overall, not a difficult class. There's lots of homework involved with your grade, but the tests are not challenging for a 300-level bio class. I still found that I learned pathophys well and will take things I learned in this class on to my career in medicine!

Dr. Hurley is a great professsor. She is cute, funny, and makes learning during lectures as fun as it can be. During lab dissections, she is always quick to assist. She does talk a little too fast during lecture, because she is so energetic, but it's nothing a good student can't handle, especially if you just go back and reread her notes.

Very knowledgeable professor. Took time for review sessions before exams. Gave everyone the ability to do well if they put in the effort. Her notes were the backbone of the class and were difficult to follow at times.

She is a fright train. Talks way too fast and just flies through the material saying " not so bad right", you don't even have to go to class she doesn't notice. Test are straight from the notes though, but the notes are also a mess. Never used the book. Just don't expect her to go slow. If you don't have to take her, don't!

She Strictly uses "power point" Do NOT buy the book. She wants to leave just as fast as we do. She wears super low cut dresses, to the point that its distracting. Short dresses too. Looks like a total scientest however. Her hair is always all over the place. Talks a million words a minute. Just listen or her to say "this will be a test ques"

she is a mess if you want to fail take her class, she doesn't help in anyway, she is never on campus so if you do need to find her good luck! also unorganized and talks to its like shes in rush to leave. she cramps to much material together. her test aren't on the notes or from the book. dreaded taking her class =/

She made me laugh everytime she walked..and loves to look pretty..teaching sucks!! goes way too fast, not helpful and a mess all over!! she is very unorganized even her office. She did give me good advice for PA program and support! She is just hilarious!! u have to teach yourself though she doesn't help at all! and in a hurry to finish class :(

The only reason this class is hard is because she is a horrible teacher! She does not elaborate on anything, just reads the powerpoint slides word for word, which come directly from the book. She makes completely inappropriate comments all the time, and is just a bad teacher overall. She is always late to class. Don't do this to yourself!

Worst teacher ever for clinical neuroscience. She gives regular quizzes that are right from the notes and then the exams are out of left field. She is more worried about getting out of class faster than any student has ever been. The up side is she is def a couger and wears some very provokative clothing so I had that going for me, which is nice.

I had Dr. Hurley for clinical neuroscience. She is very and fair with her grades but very diificult to follow. You must teach yourself in her class period. Do not think that if you attend that you will understand anything. You won't. You musy figure everything out on your own.

Best teacher at DYC! Shes very energetic but makes everything interesting and fun to learn. Will take time to help if needed. Very caring. DYC needs more professors like her!

Excellent professor. Very knowledgeable. You will love her style of teaching. She makes it fun and easy to understand. i highly recommend her for any of the BIO classes.
