WORST TEACHER I HAVE EVER HAD!! Try to get in a different class! She makes no sense when she talks, she stands in front of the class and mumbles all class. I tought myself everything i learned in that class through course compass. When i would try to ask a question she didnt even know what i was talking about. Dont take this class!

All I have to say is I'm glad my GI Bill is covering my tuition because I would be pissed if I was spending my own money on the education I'm currently receiving. I should've listened to my friends when they said "take your math courses at Chatt State"!

DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER. She's a lovely woman but her teaching style is horrible. All math tests, quizzes, and homework was online therefore, if you screw up you can never get credit for showing the right work. She can't teach concepts and when you ask her for help it's like talking to an alien.

she was 25 minutes late the first 2 days of class. when she did arrive, all she talked about making dresses. i do not wake up in the morning to come sit in her class to teach myself. she blames the class for her mistakes on the board. do not take this teacher. please! its awful.

she is awful. she is the worst teacher i have ever had. she goes on and on about everything other than math because she has no idea how to teach. she wont help with anything at all. she is always late to class and always blames the class when she makes a mistake which is about every other problem. Truly one of the worst teachers in one of the worst classes at UTC. She's horrible, unwavering, and, frankly, doesn't care about you or your grade. The remedial math classes are set up for failure and are cash cows for the math dept. GO TO CHATT STATE! Everything about that class and Mamye Kaye as a person is completely worthless.

She's nice, but does not know how to teach students well. Has a monotone/loud voice so you want to fall asleep, but her voice is always ringing in your ear. If you take her, she won't be doing the teaching... you'll have to go behind her and teach yourself. I've taken her twice and regret it dearly. Choose someone else.

The only reason why her class is hard is because she doesn't explain what she is doing. She rambles and rambles and has no intention of keeping the class focused. Her class is basically used for the school to get money. Horrid teacher, got her degree in 2001. How is she the developmental math head?

HORRIBLE!! DON NOT TAKE THIS LADY!! Like everyone else has said... you teach yourself in her class! Her voice is annoying you just get irritated sitting in class! When she makes a mistakes, which is on every other problem she blames the class for not catching it! Keep in mind were trying to learn how to do it. We had to learn 5 chapters in one day!

She was horrible! I tried so hard to stay awake in her class but her voice made it hard for me to pay attention to her. She looks somewhat like a toad and that is kinda creepy. She doesn't seem to want to work with students on anything. Avoid her at all costs!!!

I do not pay attention in class, I just read the book and take notes from the book. You have to teach yourself if you have her. She will get off topic about cars and oil changing before she even starts lecturing. Her metaphors are horrible. She seems nice, but talks way too much. The material is not that difficult.
