Cote is an amazing professor, definitely comes out as an out-of-the box teacher. She inspires you to try your best and not be scared of mistakes, which is quite important with public speaking - you have to break that ice and start talking in front of your audience. We were allowed 3 missed classes, and papers had to be submitted on time.

Professor Cote is an amazing teacher. She really cares about her students and she is really helpful. Assignments are easy and she gives plenty of time for you to turn them in. I definitely recommend you take her class.

Cote is a great teacher. Extremely entertaining and I was always laughing in class. Our class was very energetic and she fed over of it. I would recommend her. She helps A LOT with public speaking and makes you feel important. Great Teacher! Would recommend her to anyone!

Cote is a great teacher to take this class from if you are looking from a realistic perspective. She is a realist and talks that way. She is such a sweet person and is willing to help anyone who struggles with public speaking. Always sit in the front and she will love you.

Very easy class, but didn't end up with an A like everyone says. I don't know why because I went to every class and finished every paper she assigned. Turned in the final report and picked it up from her house with an A. Tried to contact her to fix it, but she didn't respond. I would take her again, but be mindful of what happened to me.

You learn a lot, but you don't have to put in much effort outside of class. She lets you miss three times without any penalty, and since my class was only once a week that was more than enough absences. You get a lot of practice presenting, and she is very fun. By far the easiest A of the semester, yet I still learned a lot about public speaking.

Cote's class is fun and amazing. Her class atmosphere is comfortable. Be prepare to do a lot of presentations but don't let that scare you. Instead of just teaching techniques she actually helps you practice the techniques infront of the whole class. But again, don't let that scare you. Her class is safe to make mistakes.

I loved this class. It was really fun! Cote is a funny lady; however, some of the things she says are questionable. She'll give you a syllabus but hardly goes off of it! I would highly recommend this class if you want a fun class that will teach you a lot!

Awesome teacher plain and simple, she is disorganized but if you come to class and stay the whole time you will get an A. teaches you very valuable real life skills. I wish more classes were like this. if you don't plan on attending class I would pick a different professor

Cote was my favorite teacher of the semester. I dreaded the thought of public speaking, but she made the class so fun and interesting that you looked forward to presentations. Very straight forward, and actually cares about her students. She is the best.

Cote was an amazing professor!! She is very nice, funny, and cares about her students. Her class is very easy. As long as you show up and do the work, you'll get a good grade. Don't miss more than three classes though or your grade will be dropped. I highly recommend her..

I would not recommend this teacher. Very VERY disorganized. We had no syllabus for the first month of the semester and she never got canvas up so we couldn't check our grades. She gives grades on attendance and if you miss more than 3 classes your grade drops by a full letter, but she doesn't keep the attendance sheet on her so keep track yourself!

I took Business Presentations from Cote. A great teacher, very entertaining. Grades on presentations. If you go to class and do your presentations its an easy "A". I would definately recommend Cote to everyone!! :)

loved Cote! kinda spacey, but super nice, very helpful. do your work, participate in calss, give your presentations, get an A. nervous about pub. speak. at first but ended up loving the class. recommend for sure!

She is by far the best teacher I have ever had. She actually cares about each student and wants you to secceed in her class as well as life. She even knew my girlfriend by name from stopping and talking to us in the hall. She even offered me ice cream at her house when I had to turn in my final a little late. She actually made English fun!!!

Don't listen to any negative comments about her. She is amazing! Her class was amazing. I learned so much! She really gets you to conquer your fears of speaking in public. Everyone in the class becomes your friend. I wish all my classes were like hers!
