I took Computer Security (online) and it was a miserable experience. Not a single piece of class work was graded until almost 8 wks into the class and then nothing else was graded until days before the semester closed. Email/discussion questions to the instructor often went unanswered yet he is extremely rigid with assignment due date. Avoid him!!

Best Prof. i've ever had. Very hard on the subjects, and if you want an A you gotta work for it. Tests are tough but if you pay attention in class you'll do fine. Personally a great funny guy. Responds instantly to emails, ( even at 2 A.m) May not be easy but you'll love this class and him. By far the best FIU has to offer. (And he has a ph.D )

Professor is not helpful, but is clear about the assignments. Class would be easier if he learned to be more sympathetic towards students. As students we take other classes, work, and take care of many things, we are not perfect. Easy Professor but has an Unacceptable Attitude towards students. Not Recommended.

Very good professor, he cares about how his students are doing. If you are willing to help yourself and study, then he is willing to help you. His office doors are always open for students as long as he is in the office (most of the time he is in his office). Very knowledgeable and clear when it comes to course content.

Not recommended, had him for eel 3110. His exams like those before me have stated, are very difficult. Even the online quiz which you have 1.5 hours to do. First exam the max score was below 20 out of a total of 50. Also lied about material on exam, said it was NOT going be from the book. Take it with ROIG, he really cares.

This professor is one of the best I have had for any engineering course. He really knows his subject and will respond to your emails within minutes (even at 2 in the morning) You have to have interest in his class and show him you know what you are doing. stick with the class. Test are hard but he curves your final grade A LOT. Do the HW.

His class is easy, requires reading and online lab access. I find him to be very rigid and unreachable. If having trouble with the class, he would not give you the time of day to help you resolve your issue, unless it is his mistake. Class is not hard.

Took EEL 3110 and now 3135. The hardest professor when it comes to exam but the best professor when it comes to course content and lectures. He puts all his notes and lectures online. He kills you with his exams but helps you a lot in the end. With a little extra effort and if you can prove to him that you deserve a good grade, he will give you on.

Good professor, his exams are extremely hard but he gives a big curve at the end. He is somewhat easy because 40% of the final grade comes from HW so it is an A passable course with him!

This professor is the best for online classes as he demands and keep us (students) focused and prepared. He has a standard system where all of the exams and homeworks are due on Sundays. For some it may be inconvenience but for me it was the best as I knew ahead of time what to expect and was prepared for it.Take it if you are not afraid of deadlines

I took CGS3300 online with this professor and it was such an inconvenience! All tests would be weekly on SUNDAYS strictly from 7:30-11:30. I had to get off of work early just to take his tests!

Excellent professor for teaching circuits course. Explains everything in detail with examples he does in the class. Provides his lecture notes to everyone. You dont have to write a single word in the clss. Just remember the tricks and shortcuts he introduced in the class. I heard his exams are super hard but I am enjoying the class so far.

He's very passionate about signals, and the subject matter is crystal clear. It's not an easy class though, and his tests are HARD, so if you are looking for an easy A stay away from him. But if you want to learn take him, you won't regret it

I have never understood concepts like convolution, Fourier and Laplace transform until I joined this class. The professor explains everything in a very clear way. He gives good examples to make the concept easy to understand and digest. The exams are hard and the class average is low but I heard that he helps anyone by curving the class in the end

Prof. Kaleem is one of the best professor I have had. He knows how to teach and instills the information in a fun way. I took this class before but this time I am able to see clearer picture. Definitely, he is hard when it comes to exams but he expect his students to earn their grades. So please dont take him easy. You can learn a lot from him.
