Comment:
Worst professor in the entire school. Start of the semester he didn't make a blackboard section for the longest time. Talks extremely quiet, if you sit a little bit at the back you won't understand a thing. The assignments he gives out are always full of mistakes. You never know your grade throughout the class because he never gives it back to you.

A lot of the learning was done through video lectures and sample code. The last week of the semester he decided to assign three assignments. I took the online part but there was another section that met and online students were always welcome. He also was willing to answer question and set up meetings if needed.

Comment:
This teacher not only didn't give out a syllabus (including springing a FINAL on us in the last week) but has no sense of assignment direction. He often gives out assignments with many errors, is late to every class, and does not give help to those who need it. For an INTRO level class, if you don't know what you're doing beforehand, you're screwed

Comment:
Assignments were often given before he had completed them, the majority of homework assignments have YET to be returned to us (1 1/2 weeks left in the semester), directions are often unclear, and answers to questions equally unclear. I feel as though I have learned very little from this class, and what I did was self-taught.

I learned a ton from that class, and mostly enjoyed it. Lectures were sometimes a little boring, but he gave a ton of information. I'm glad I took the class (beside the fact that it was required for me). He's not necessarily easy, but he's not too terribly difficult, either.

This gotta be the worst prof at VU. Doesn't help you, doesn't seem to care about if you make it or not, can't explain anything at any level, and seems to enjoy seeing you squirm. And talk about a temper. STAY AWAY !
