Even though I got a D in her class, she thought just before the final that I shouldn't drop the class. She tells students if they should drop the class. So she's still one of my favorite teachers. She believed I was going to pass her class and actually called me at home when I didn't, to tell me, and she was as sorry as I was. A quality human being

She is hard... almost like a drill sergent, but in the end it pays off to do what she says. Do the hw and you will do well on the tests. She is serious, but helpful and approachable. She is clear. I hate math, but loved her class. Honestly, the best math teacher at this school.

Excellent Teacher. Old school... use your mind not your calculators. If you work hard and are interested in doing well, you will do well. She is one of the best math teachers I've ever had. She is very thorough. Very helpful.You will learn alot in her class. West LA College is fortunate to have her.

Despite almost perfect scores on assessments, I received a B in the class. She seems to revel in her low pass rate and she blames it on the students. She doesn't have the first clue of how to teach. Her "extra help" is only smoke and mirrors for those poor souls who thinks she's on their side.

I had McMaster's class for Math 117 and Math 118. She goes out of her way to try and help. Although she may be intimidating to some,she is a good teacher and will work with you if you need help. I took her classes a few years and just graduated from USC.
