Comment:

Nancy is one of the best teachers I've had! She voices, but her voice is not loud, so you really have to listen. She is clear and concise about her expectations, has a great sense of humor, and seems to genuinely care about her students. The only Downside: handouts smell strongly of cigarettes. Plenty of chances for bonus points. GREAT!!

Ms. Slasor is AWESOME! The only issue I had with her was not really her...there were two students in the class that were complete @$$holes! They would wander in when they wanted. Ms. Slasor never got on them when they came in, but she would say something as they came it - that was funny! She was a great teacher, and very very very helpful!

The BEST!!!!!!! I would take again in a heartbeat. I cant believe she doesnt teach ASL2. An easy A but pay attention and practice.

if ur taking sign language 1 i wouldnt take it with ANY one else!!! only teacher to voice! lots of work but keep up with it and its an easy A. i wish she taught ASL 2 for i would take her in a heartbeat! only teacher ill actually miss!!!

Great class. she is deaf so hard to hear, but the only asl teacher to voice, so that is a perk. Very Easy can not fail. I would take her again learned alot and she was very very very easy

I would pay no attention to the negative post concerning this teacher. Obviously something personal, as Ms. Slasor is an excellent sign language teacher. Very helpful, clear, and patient. Highly recommended.
