LOVED PROFESSOR Z! I've always loved the sciences & was aiming for a science major until I took this class. Prof. Z inspired me to want to TEACH biology instead of WORK in it. Yes he has an accent but he works off slides and writes notes on the board. As long as you follow and participate you'll do great. His labs are easy too! Always helpful. :)

Loved this professor! You have to show interest in the class and take notes. Notes are crucial. He let's you know what will be on the exam, exactly, word for word throughout his lectures. Majors in gene mutation, so some lectures gravitate heavily toward this but just pay attention. Attend the lab and put fourth effort. You'll do great!

Awesome teacher! If your not a science major and hate biology take him. he never uses the text book but you should get in in case you need to understand something better. when he says this will be on the test, listen and write it down cause you will see it on the test!

Dr. Z is an AWESOME professor! i thought i would never pass bio until i met him! the only mistake i did was not taking his lab also. I would def recomend him. he tells you exactly what will be on his mid-term and final. There were no test in between. He was a little corny with his jokes but funny at the same time. I really enjoyed his class!

It's extremely easy to get an A in his class. There are only two tests and he curves grades. However, I didn't learn very much and it is starting to look like Bio 102 is going to be very rough for me. I was happy to get an A, but now I regret taking his class.

Dr. Z, is a great teacher for intro to Biology. His class is easy if you take notes and show up. His tests are based on his notes and the book was not used. Listen, show enthusaism, and have fun and you will do well in his class. Easy A or B, but be warned he doesnt teach Bio 102 so don't get too comfortable.

His class is sooo boring! all you need to do is show up and take notes and you'll pass. We never used our textbook. His tests are extremely easy and its an easy A. Your grade is based on the midterm and final. Theres no quizzes or anything else. He has an accent and at times its hard to understand him.

This teacher is very considered and out going. He likes you to learn and profit from his class. He does not like students who try to take advantage of him. The test are fairly easy and simple, if you just go over his notes you'll be very fine. I will take his class next semester.

Awful experience all together. when 75% of the class gets a C on the mid term there must be something wrong with the teacher. His tests are on materials he never covered. He does not follow the text book, instead he uses an internet document to teach the class and he won't tell you how to get it. Find another teacher
