His exams are all from the lectures, though lectures are incomprehensible and extremely boring. attendance in tutorials are mandatory, you would lose points for them, so be careful. Overall he's not a fantastic prof so avoid the course if you can.

Had him for two half courses in 01/02 and 02/03. Obviously since I took the second I didn't mind him. Both were seminars, which are kind of a joke, but where kopas helped was with the papers. Gave some pretty realistic feedback/direction that helped me figure out what I'm good at. Not an easy marker, but you can learn something.

By far the best prof I have ever had. Always willing to meet with students, clear in lecturing and his expectations. Go to class and he will tell you exactly what will be on the exam and what he expects, then it's your job to study. Not the easiest marker.. but you WILL walk away from his class feeling like you learned something

Best kind of Proff. Allowed me to write about the things I was passionalte about, as long as they expressed the fundamental ideas of the class. Didn't have a personal adjenda; made sure each individual could form their own adjenda and learn thru that. THE BEST.

He is a really nice guy. When I took his Western Canadian politics course two years ago, he really took the time to meet with me and help me out whenever I felt lost in the course.

ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!! Could never understand that class ended at :50 after. Went on horrible tangents and lost 1/4 of the course. Takes off marks for spelling errors like we are 12 years old. I had an 80%, down to 76 because of 4 missing epostrophies.
