Not a bad professor, the video lectures can get fairly boring. His Midterm and Final are pretty much exactly like the practice on he gives you before the test. If you put in the work you should do just fine

Amazing teacher, simplifies large concepts to make them easily used and understood. Returns graded tests and quizzes insanely fast. Gives constructive feedback on papers and is ready to answer any question you have even the "dumb" or small ones.

Dr. B is an amazing math prof + took the time to make sure everyone understood class. He grades quickly + is clear with where you went wrong giving amazing feedback. He explains concepts so it clearly shows what is going on + takes the time in class to show you how we know what we know to be true. He is funny + makes small jokes throughout lecture

Stellar professor. Lecture videos are amazingly helpful. Midterm and final are heavily weighted but the homework and quizzes offer decent extra credit. Live reviews before midterm and final if you need. Difficult topic but you couldn't ask for lecturer to provide a better online experience.

I took Calc I over the summer with Dr. B. He is a great teacher who cares about his students. He tries to simplify and logically explain the concepts. The only con I would say is that sometimes he doesn't exactly understand questions asked. Overall an excellent choice.

Teaches nearly 100% in the abstract. Lectures follow book almost exactly and are nearly all theories and proofs, and 10% application. Subject taught more like a mathematical reasoning class and less like the application of linear algebra. Even some quiz questions test knowledge of theorems and proofs. Makes things more difficult than needed.

Kinda sad I didn't put as much effort as I could have. Gives you literally all the resources, is always available. Only issue is fairly hard grading, but if you don't stay on top of the class, you WILL fail. If you DO put effort, you will get an A or at least a B

Make no mistake about it, calc 3 will chew you up and spit you out if you're not on top of your game every single day, especially if you take it during the summer like I did. The material is difficult and you have to put due energy and time into it, especially before tests. That said, Bogacki is a solid choice, grades fairly, and tries to help you.

Dr. Bogacki makes a difficult subject a lot easier to cope with, as he's an amazing and knowledgable speaker on the subject, and takes time to really make sure students understand. Dr. Bogacki might be the single best math professor I've ever encountered.

I took this class as a electrical engineering elective for my final year at ODU. I took this class while taking 6 other classes. I had a busy schedule and the online lectures were direct. I recommend watching the lectures and take notes for the quizzes. Homework start forward. The tests were some what challenging but fair grade.

Bogacki is an amazing professor, and even though it's online, this is by far one of the most well-organized courses at ODU. Taking Linear Algebra? Take it with Bogacki. Modules are structured well, so you never feel too overworked. Sample exams are a blessing, and you know exactly what to expect. TONS of extra credit for working ahead of schedule.

He's an awesome prof. I have him for 2 classes. He cares and if you email him questions, will respond very soon. He's a professor that genuinely cares about giving YOU the tools to do well. Tough tests, but again, he gives you all the tools to succeed--and you earn your grade. 10% extra credit on hw and quizes if you turn everything in early.

I struggled with linear algebra both times of taking it (I've found every other math course I've taken to be rather easy). However, Dr. Bogacki is very organized with his online linear algebra course. Do the homework early and do good in the online quizzes, as they are a good grade booster. Study for the midterm/final hard though.

Dr. Bogacki was excellent. I earned an A in this class and I mean EARNED. It is not an easy class but he provides everything you need to succeed. This includes practice tests, practice problems and plenty of quizzes. His grading is fairly generous. He recorded all of his lectures so that was very helpful. I definitely would take him again.

Quick Checks of content after every section, in addition to the practice quizzes and stunningly good lectures for an online course make this teacher the one you HAVE to take Linear Algebra with if you can. He balances theorems with practical usage well, and even 3 weeks into the semester it is amazing. Well-paced release of content. 1 Module/Week

Calc 3 was a tough class, but Prof. Bogacki was absolutely phenomenal. He's an excellent teacher and he bends over backwards for his students. He is fair with his grading (and don't expect a curve because he doesn't give any). He gives lots of handouts for supplemental instruction and always gives practice tests. 10/10 for sure.

Take Dr. B!!! Linear online with him was the best online class experience I ever had. This online class is so well organized and thorough. If you actually watch all of the videos and do the small amount of homework, you will pass with a high grade.

Dr. Bogacki is one of my favorite professors. He is easy to talk to and will help you, all you have to do is ask. He is easy to get in contact with and as long as you do the work, you will be fine. I took the class online and the lectures were easy to follow. Do the homework and quizzes early and you get a 10% bonus. His exam reviews are great.
