I love being in her class. She is really nice. She uses mymathlab for our homework and you can do the homework as many times you want in order to get a 100. The tests are somewhat hard but she provides reviews for all of them. Some questions on the test are exactly like in the review. So do the review and you'll be okay.

Comment:

This class is fairly easy but make sure that you do your homework and exam reviews. There was never a point to where I was so stressed out that I needed the math lab nor did I ever need to stay up late studying. If you struggle with math I would definetly utilize her during class and ask as many questions as possible because she answers them all.

Professor Huynh is straight to the point and very helpful. You must stop her if you have any questions or take advantage when she asks the class if there are any questions. otherwise she will move forward. she is very patient no matter if you have 1000 questions she will give you 1000 answers or point you in the right direction .

Comment:

This is business calculus people. It will be easier than calculus but is not an "easy" topic. However, Mrs. Huynh does a great job breaking down the information into easy to understand bits of information. She takes complicated steps and shows you much shorter methods that make sense. Easy grader. Study the homework. PRACTICE. You'll do fine.

great teacher, but I highly recommend taking it RIGHT AFTER algebra. I am pretty good at math, and had to spend many hours in the tutoring center. She is a great teacher and is willing to help students.

This is not an easy class. It is a lot of work and requires you to keep up with studies and homework. She helps with questions if you ask. You need at least a decent algebra background for this class. I liked her, and wish I could have taken her for 1314 to get a better background in algebra. Gives somewhat helpful reviews. Don't miss class!

Do not take her if you struggle in Math! She has a thick accent and goes very fast. She skips steps and if you as for help she tells you to look in the book! She also does not go over everything that will be in exam just certain parts. The home work does not match up with what we are doing class. She gives partial credit for everything!

Could barely understand her thick accent. She teaches out of the book everyday so plan on using it alot. Asked her how to do a problem and her answer was "look in the book." Also, my fiance took her class and ended up in the hospital for 4 weeks and the teacher refused to help or even put the test in the testing center. WON'T slow down for anyone!!

tries to help. she goes very fast and skips many steps to were you can get lost. if you are taking this class for the first time i recommend studying before you go to class and not try to get it while shes teaching or you will be confused. once ur behind its hard to catch up. if your a procrastinator or work full time do not take it. my grade "d"

This is an excellent teacher. She is very smart and doesn't hesitate to teach you trick that will both fascinate you and prove to be extremely helpful. You have to be on top of everything to get a good grade on this class. As long as you study and do your homework, which isn't much, you should get a good grade.
