Prof. Wells is one of those older respected profs. who knows the material and wants to make sure you leave his class understanding what he intended. He is a warehouse of knowledge in his area and I consider my self very lucky to have been in his class.

His lectures are sometimes theory heavy but he is always able to explain things and I would often go to his office hours for extra help. He always made sure I left understanding what the reading/lecture had been about. He was genuine and caring and after graduation he has been a huge help to me in furthering my career.
