Come to class, take notes, put forth some effort and you will do fine. Rick was fair and very helpful. He spoke of his work experiences to help relate the class material which was very helpful. If you slack off, sleep in class, and don't show up then you will most likely fail the class.

Rick works hard to keep students erngaged and teaches quite well. Rick was never a marine so the previous comment comes from a student who probably wanted the class handed to her. Rick was fair the whole semester and even gives his home number to students who need help.

Yeah, eye-opening how instr only knows what's in book (gets that wrong, too!) Manipulates class dynamic to HOSTILITY towards those who question (he's an x-marine) or don't get their info from FOX "news". NOT a college atmosphere in this class- more like a lynch mob against the student who has something upstairs and will transfer! Waste of units.

Rick is an excellent teacher. He is the department chair. Negative comment: The classes are on a rotation.He looses a lot of potential students because there is no flex. to classes. Four classes a semester,6pm,and one once a week. If you can't fit into schedule then you must wait 1.5 year. Hey, this a 2 yr college, most people will move on to 4yr

Outstanding Instructor, who actually desires to see his students do well. Not a slacker class by any means, but with a little effort you can do well. Class is truely and eyeopening experience.

This professor has open and closed book tests. Very informative / eyeopening class. The grade givin is higher than the expected grade.This Professor KNOWS his subject material and explains it in ways even a beginner can understand.

Wow what a fun class!!!! It is an eye opening expiriance. Well laid out easy to get all information. I found it easy to ace this class!!!
