He will do whatever it takes to make you understand the material given. He encourages you to ask questions, and to him theres no such thing as a dumb question so dont be shy!! He is there to help, you can really tell he loves his job. I highly recommend him

Comment:

Hes the most caring & light hearted guy, like a fun loving grandpa. If you have an IEP he is very accommodating and strives to help all students do amazing. He gives you his number for questions and will also meet you outside of class. There was a lot of of quizzes but all simple questions from the class before and tests are almost all take home.

He is a good professor, willing to work with you and gives out many reference packets on the chapters. But he often is very unprepared. His tests will have mistakes and he will email you on the weekends with take-home exams. He also fairly regularly will not follow his syllabus and does not seem to understand that you have other obligations.

Comment:

One of the best math teachers at SCCC. Honestly he is such an enthusiastic kind person that it makes going to class joyful. He is so passionate about what he teaches and is so happy when trying to give real life examples pertaining to what we are currently learning. If I could take him for all of my classes I would! Sweetest Guy!!!

Loved him! A really good teacher who will help you with anything you don't understand. Definitely goes above and beyond. Work was solid but not ridiculous. Best math teacher I've had in a long time.

He gives a lot of homework, but I never did any of it and still got a B in the class. He gives take home tests that aren't that hard. He's great in class and he's always willing to go back and clarify something. Great sense of humor and he's just a nice guy!

He was good at teaching, but gave tooo much HW in my opinion. The tests were easy if u study, and just do all ur HW cuz it counts as a test grade! He taught the material to his best of abilities, and gave alot of bonus points on the final for my class... Study hard, do all HW and well on tests and you'll do fine

he is a excellent teacher. i was not looking foward to math at all and rober dumas made the class easy and fun. sure there were tricky parts, but he made everything clear and will help you until you understand. VERY NICE GUY!
