whoa where to start! it is clear he hates his students, i dont know why this guy doesnt retire! he is not helpful whatsoever! if you have a question he'll put you down and embarrass you in front of the whole class. if you like astronomy at all, i advise you not to take this class, he'll make you hate it!

I was simply amazed to see how people feel on here totally reflects how i feel about this professor. i have to add that He is rude, a glutton, and is extremely condescending. complete disregard for the student body and will do what it takes to kick you out of his class. either find a reasonable professor, or dont take astronomy this semester!

I took this professor years ago and I can't even believe he is still teaching. He makes you feel absolutely worthless in life and never says you'll never accomplish anything. I remember he wanted us to all go to the roof to look at stars I couldn't go because I was afraid I'd push him off if he belittled me one time!!!!!!!!!!

Lomaga managed to make 4.0GPA students feel we are worthless.Every class we get lectured on how badly educated we are.He told one student who is in her last semester with a 4.0 GPA that she has to choose between being a student and a mother & that there is no way she is going to graduate this year.DO NOT GET THIS GUY.

The best science teacher I've ever had. He really knows astronomy and makes it absolutely fascinating. Nice, funny, and he actually looks like a professor. An experience everyone should have.
